“Went in the store to have 3 sandwiches made, 2 were buffalo chicken ranch sandwiches and a club supreme. The guys were super busy but made sure all attention was on us. The 2 Buffalo sandwiches were wrong when we got home which was upsetting so I ordered 2 more through DoorDash and took the other 2 wrong ones to work for lunch due to a picky eater. When my DoorDash arrived I had a note apologizing with a complimentary brownie, the ability to remember names and orders even though hundreds go through a day is amazing. THANK YOU TO THE MUNCIE JERSEY MILES CREW FOR BEING BETTER AND SETTING THE STANDARD.“

My only complaint is that they were out of cinnamon raisin biscuits and that was what my wife wanted. The pancakes and fries bologna biscuit was good. But I can't get enough of the hash rounds. They are yummy.“

“Isaiah was super friendly! I stopped by to pick up order for someone else. He asked if I would like him to make something for me. He was so nice. I asked him to make me his special. It was delicious and my daughter’s 16 year old Maltese enjoyed the chicken! Awesome experience to see such great young people doing many good things to make this world a better place!

“You could give people what they ordered and paid for. I got a delivery through ubereats. My apple turnover was missing. Fries were hard as rocks. My brisket sandwich was mostly fat, literal fat( see pic, yes thats supposed to be brisket). Milkshake was completely melted. And fast food workers want $15 an hour 🤦‍♂️“

“The one in Muncie we visited was very fast . The food was actually hot !!!“

“Small town Taco Bell. My kid came in from riding a bike and asked for a free cheese roll-up but was told they weren't free. But about 5 minutes later two kids came in and asked for water cups and the person gave them free popsicles. Overall, it was as expected. Ordered off the kiosk and waited for our food and then left.“

“Ok, so on the 14th I ordered a pizza and it had spicy sauce instead of sweet sauce and I have Crohn's so I can't have spicy food. The GM, Jeremy, completely replaced the pizza free of charge including delivery. That's an A++ in my book!“

“The food quality is superior to any other burger fast food franchise in Muncie. The food is absolutely worth it. The ingredients are like home cooked quality.not thrown together like McDonald's. Just one Big Buford and I'm already feeling full. The seasoned fries 😋🍟 absolutely delicious! I'd pay more just for the better food quality. The food is very filling and your full before you know it! I couldn't even finish the Big Buford and that's from an empty stomach. You can bite into a hamburger that tastes like it was made by a gourmet chef.“

“In the past several days, I've come to Steak and Shake and finally got a real taste of the one place I've always been wanting but never had a chance to truly enjoy. In those occasions, I've had nothing but nice things to say about it. From the Patriot shake in honor of the USA team winning their first World Cup match to Double Cheese Steakburger meal, all was delicious. To top it off, a jar of beef tallow to cook later on. Now I've got a new place to come on the regular. 👍“

“We order from here all the time. My little one would live off Pizza Hut if I would allow. This is a pretty good location. Most the staff are nice and the food is decent. I had a small issue recently. (First one ever after years) the manager was really nice and fixed the problem and made it right plus some. It’s the only Pizza Hut in town that we’ll buy from.“

“When I walked in and through up to the counter, place was clean. As I approached the counter, a young gentleman named Corey was prompt to acknowledge me and immediately got prepared and started my order(2 footlongs and a bowl for the family) and followed instructions immaculately, then went above and beyond to bag it all with nice handful of napkins, silverware, and croutons for the bowl. Even stacked the bowl neatly and all ingredients looked and tasted amazing. Wife enjoyed the thin cut on the green pepper and cucumber which was easy for her to eat without her teeth. Corey was very polite.“

“Panda Express has probably had the best service at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s every time too, they have amazingly great food and drinks and they always have it in stock and they get you right when it’s your turn and don’t rush you plus when I go I never have to wait for a table I always just find a table right away to sit at.“

“I went Jan 29th around 7pm to pick up my online order. Only 2 young ladies were working, and they were swamped with online orders and in person. They were phenomenal. They did look overwhelmed, but I just want them to know they were doing a great job. It was also one of the best subs I've had from any Subway in a long time.“
