“Over the weekend I placed an order for a half sheet cake for my daughter’s baptism at the Highlands Pie Kitchen. When I picked it up I was absolutely SHOCKED at how bad the quality was. The writing was in print, and there were no decorative roses at all. I immediately called the Pie Kitchen in Fern Creek & asked if their baker had better penmanship and could fix the cake and they were working on my cake within 10 minutes. Their amazing baker Lance spent 45 minutes of his time redoing the cake and made it beautiful!!! I cannot thank the workers and Lance at the Fern Creek location enough for saving the day!“

The flavors?? Unreal. Unique, creamy, perfectly balanced—not just sugar and coldness like some lesser ice creams I won’t name. “We really like coming here and will continue however I have noticed that the tables are not wipe down from employees regularly just watch everyone’s reaction when it’s sticky on there tables i seriously got a large amount of a sticky arm I did not see it there and asked if they could wet a napkin for me the water fountain is turned off the manager had a short get together with the girls shaking his head no , they offered a cup of water, thank you I love my wife she wiped the other tables also I’m sure this was a health risk to ask for a wet towel and I apologized“

“Firat of all, I do NOT recommend, I don't why it says I do! I've visited Dairy Del many times in the past and have noticed that the quality has greatly diminished the past couple years. I believe the hype is because they're only 1 of 2 places in the neighborhood that serves soft serve and everybody looks forward to them opening for the year. But after tonight, I will never go back. I will drive further and go to Dairy Kastle (on Eastern Pkwy) instead. It seems the staff at Dairy Del doesn't care about putting out a even DECENT product. I know,.it's ice cream. How bad can it be, right? Well, it CAN be so bad that I will never go back. This is after giving them chance after chance to get it right. For instance, the banana split I got included mini scoops of ice cream (not exaggerating when I say "mini") & I couldn't even see the 3 different syrups. The heath flurry...the ratio of heath to ice cream was def not acceptable & it wasn't mixed well at all. I should have refused it or had them remake it, but honestly I was kinda in disbelief at what I was seeing & my bf was driving off as I was checking it out (while saying how much of a total rip off this was). I can get a better product at someplace like DQ, & for less money. I believe the staff has gotten worse each year & they simply don't care about putting out even a decent product. It's def not worth the hype! Do better guys, if you care about giving your customers what we deserve!!“

“Super cute local business with amazing hard scoop icecream, large menu, and an amazing view of the Louisville skyline with a park right across the street! Still open during construction, this will be my new go-to local icecream place of choice! Found this place via the “In My Halloween Eras Swifties” event on Eventbrite. Jill the owner is such a friendly, kind, genuine, caring soul. She put so much work into the event, everything was decorated impeccably and it was a great environment. We had Taylor music videos on the tv, games to play, pizza and icecream, friendship making station, and then streaming the Eras tour. I would recommend both this type of event and this business in general!

“The maple square was amazing, and the service was fast but no one acknowledged me until they were handing me the food. Not a big deal but a simple wave would've made me feel more comfortable as it was my very first time in a Crumbl store.
That and how busy they were didn't help the atmosphere. I mean yay. You're busy. But it was a small area with 2 other people waiting and workers working their butt's off. Not a great atmosphere.“

“Dirt Drive thru service only. When i arrived there wasn't much activity. I was pleasantly surprised with the swirl cone i ordered, with the size, texture, taste of the ice cream, and the freshness of the cone. I would've giving it a 4.5 star because i went back during the week past 2 pm, and they were closed, although Google indicates different operating hours. But the cone was delish. I highly recommend stopping by. Service was professional, and courteous. I was in the area on a business trip. I miss it!!“

“Been going to this place since I was a kid. And for ice cream in Kentucky this is the best ice cream in Louisville KY. You have to get the black raspberry chocolate chip I usually am not a fan of fruity ice cream but this flavor actually made me love fruity ice cream. My new favorite flavor is the lemon meringue pie it's a balanced flavor of lemon marshmallow flavor. It has freeze dried lemon drops in it and pie crust I have purchased so many of this one flavor so many times this summer. They have a solid strawberry ice cream it makes one of the best strawberry milkshakes ever. If I ever move out of Kentucky one day graeters would be the first thing I'll miss from Kentucky.“

“My family and I wanted to try somewhere new for brunch. After looking at the pictures we decided to come here.
To start, parking is a bit tight. If you are handicapped it might be easier to park in the spots facing the street. (Obviously not the restaurants fault. Just wanted to mention that.)
Upon entering this place, it is very cozy & clean. You can order to go or take a seat at one of the several tables. It's refreshing to sit at a table, and the placemats actually stay in place. Silly detail, but it was noticed.
They have a lot of drink options and a good handful of food options. Unfortunately, they didn't have a couple of shake options or waffles available during our visit. Plan to go try these at a later date though. My husband had already eaten, so he just got some mozzarella sticks. My parents and I opted for some burgers and fries. Everyone liked their meals. Their fries had just the right amount of crunch, and the burgers were fresh / juicy.
Overall, this place is a hidden gem I'd suggest trying.
Shakes: 10/10 BTW

Parking: Parking spots are tight. There is a speed bump in between the restaurants. Some parking spots are marked for specific business.“

“Have not been here for a long time dt poor experience. Decided to give it another try w my cousin while she was in town from Canada. Really simple today- guy took oder at counter, we sat down, guy brought our food. We both had the lettuce wrap burgers. They were good, please know to be prepared for a super mess. In my opinion they should wrap w way more lettuce than they actually do to help w this messiness. We enjoyed our meal. It's not a super comfy place but it's not meant for you to stay long I don't think.“

“The lady who helped me at the front counter is amazing. I was there to pick up a last meal for my dog before I put him down. I asked her what she recommended because I was just picking random things. She told me to try just regular hamburger patties, no bread ( I didn't know you could do this), and a plain vanilla pup cup. The only thing he wanted to eat was the hamburger patties. She was amazing helping me out, even when I started to cry, which I kept apologizing for. I wish I would have thought to get her name. “Cute little Creperie stand in the Logan St Market. Crepes were made well, however they ran out of onions and peppers?? Unsure how you can run out of something so basic. The person in the stand had plenty of time to do some mise en place between orders.

The dessert crepe we had—Nutella Deluxe—was very tasty and properly stuffed, whereas the savory one had hardly any toppings. Otherwise, I would’ve rated this place 5 stars.“
