“Have been here many times and always had a good experience. My only issue this time, was I got a strawberry malt and as I drank it on my way home I sucked up a weird chunk that wasn’t strawberry. Luckily it was just a piece of malt. It didn’t bother me, but another customer down the road may have an issue with it.“

“Mmmmm this place was, as the kids say Bussin. (It might be skibidi toilet rizz now or something who knows ) But it was so good!! Many different flavors and types of ways to have your ice cream but I got the lemon meringue and it was some of the best lemon ice cream I've had. It has like a lemon meringue churned in it and also has a marshmallowfluff in it, making it super creamy and delectable. Def recommend trying them out!!“

“Tankers: they load you 24hrs a day takes roughly 3 hrs to load. Make sure you show up at your appointment time that is when your load of chocolate should be ready. If you are early they have a few spaces for parking is all. I was early and they let me park there to wait they have bathrooms across from the scale.“

The cookies are like cakes, very rich. I was not a fan of the selection this time. They mix it up, and I dont know how often. I think the are better that Insomnia (Downtown) but who am I.“

“My bf and I wanted some dessert after dinner and I wanted to get some frozen yogurt and googled places around us and found this place. And OMG this place is incredible!!!! We both got the white chocolate mousse and it is beyond delicious by itself and is even better with toppings. It was $15 for two cups but we got two different sizes and it was BEYOND worth it! Highly highly recommend this place to everyone! Also I didn’t catch her name but the lady that served us was so sweet and passionate about her job. She said it’s the oldest frozen yogurt place around, opened since 1986. Hands down the BEST froyo I’ve ever had!“

“Clean well lit place.Ice cream was good & what you expect from a DQ.Paid a tad over $14 after tax for a banana split & the largest Reeves Blizzard which i thought was high. However, it is a newer store & expensive to build.Employee was engaging/friendly when I entered.We each sat inside eating our dessert to good 20yr old music & no one else in the store the whole time there.I would go back if in the area again.“

I desire ice cream everyday! Multiple times a day!! My favorite blizzard treat is the Brownie Batter Blizzard!! This location is the ONLY location in all of Fort Wayne, Bluffton and Markle, that actually makes it proper!!! I always get a large Brownie Batter Blizzard at least 4 days a week. Some days I’ve even stopped in twice for a large BBBlizzard. The large get 4 scoops or Brownie Batter with 4 scoops of the brownie bits. All the other locations I’ve stopped at do, 1-2 scoops of batter and maybe 2 scoops of brownie bits. I’ve had 2 locations complain they don’t do the 4 scoops of batter because it’s thick and makes the blizzard hard to make. Well I’m sorry, this is part of your job description and that’s what makes this blizzard what it is!! Make it right, or don’t make it at all!! This location though, they do it right all the time!!

The staff here really are great people. The friendliest face that I’ve got used to seeing on my near daily stop is Elijah. I have had several interactions with Elijah and he’s a wonderful person/employee with what I’ve seen as showing great character, a great personality, a positive attitude, great work ethic and always serves and greets with a smile. Elijah wanting to be better at his job asked me out of curiosity, what I believe is the best way to make the blizzard knowing it is a pain to make but It really is best making half/half. Take large cup fill half way with ice cream, 2 scoops of batter, 2 scoops of brownie bits and mix then add the rest of the ice cream, 2 more scoops of batter and bits and mix. Once completed, you are left with perfection that keeps me coming back day after day until the batter runs out. Sadly, I Then have to wait around for next BBBlizzard season.

This DQ location really needs to partake in employee of the month initiatives and honor Elijah with the admirable praise he deserves followed by recognition of the other great employees that make this location the best and only pick for all my DQ Cravings!!“

“Came here on the first day of spring to get FREE ICE CREAM! For those of you who don't know, you can get a FREE. yes FREE vanilla ice cream cone. Highly recommend for thair outstanding service.
