“I go to dozens of subways annually because I drive for a living and they are a relatively healthy restaurant compared to other options.This Subway was clean, the workers were respectful. I appreciate that the Subway is open 24 hours.Might I suggest putting a few more vegetables on the sandwiches? Other subways I've visited add a few more vegetables.“

“We ordered CFA for our son’s graduation party but when my husband went to pick it up, he drove off with the food—not realizing they were still bringing out another bag! A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. He arrived quickly and was exceptionally polite. Customer service like that is what makes CFA stand out! Thank you so much and the kids at his party LOVED the food!!! ❤️❤️❤️“

“The manager herself brought our meals and asked if everything was good and stopped by our table several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We had some take-home and she brought us two more breadsticks to take home with our left-overs. She was very personable and not only took our order but walked the dining area to ensure all customers were served. Food was delicious and plenty to eat. We will return.“

“It’s a hit or miss with this Arby's but when the older woman who is a manager I wish I knew her name is working you can guarantee the food and service will be done correctly and fresh! She does an outstanding job and the food and service only seem to be great when she’s working, so shout out and thank you to her! “I usually stop in on my way to work at about 445am. The workers are always friendly and the food is always great whether it be breakfast or lunch/dinner food. I really appreciate this location being 24 hours, and the employees always being on top of their game at that time!“

“I usually stop in for a ham and cheese slider and two potato cakes and it's a decent meal for me but there was not even enough ham on this slider to cover the bottom of the bun. In essence had a bread sandwich with a hint of ham and a third of a slice of Swiss cheese.“

“They have improved greatly over the past few years. Orders were typically wrong, with either an item missing or wrong item from what was ordered. However, more recently, my orders have been right, food perfect, and service is very friendly. Mostly it's kids working, but its obvious they are getting the right training. Definitely a good place to stop if craving Kernal Sanders favorites.“

“Ate at this location today at around 2:30pm. Sign on the door forewarned customers that due to staffing issues orders would be handled via kiosk. Didn’t stop one guy from standing at the counter and causing a scene. He was rude and verbally abusive. The two young ladies behind the counter could not have handled the situation with any more professionalism and dignity than they did. Management should be made aware of well they did. My wife and I will return here when in the area based on this experience. 👏👏“

“I liked it overall, but they only put one slice of cheese on 6in subs and any other subway I've been to uses two. Not a big deal, I just don't want to pay for extra cheese when every other location gives me two half slices. The guys running the place do work hard though, even when the line is long and the place is really busy, they manage to put thought into the sandwiches they make and even joke and make conversation with the customers. I don't care about a lousy piece of cheese if the employees are kind and in good spirits, which these guys are.“
