“The manager working at 4:30pm or so Saturday, May 6, 2023 was excellent! We called ahead and when we arrived there were 2 large parties seated and a few tables. After waiting about 15 minutes we asked the host how long it would be, were they short staffed etc. Unfortunately the host talked so quietly and did not seem to be able to answer our questions. When I asked for the manager she said they were short staffed and I would have been happy with just that. Instead, she had us seated in a few minutes and took care of us herself until our server was free. This was above and beyond in my opinion! Our server was also excellent! Highly recommend this Carrabba’s! I’m so sorry that I don’t remember names but both the manager and our server were excellent!“

“Located along the canal, you order at the counter and eat on the terrace. The atmosphere is nice, the scenery is beautiful, and the comforts make you want to live in Indianapolis.
The Italian soda (I forgot to take a photo) was different from what I had imagined, but it was really delicious. I opened the door on the left side of the room and used the toilet inside the building, and it was clean.“

“Rosemary and Olive in one word is DELICIOUS! Everyone in our party of 6 said this is the best Italian food in Indy. I had the spaghetti puttanesca and it was to die for. I couldn’t stop eating it even though halfway through I was full. Some other dishes at the table were the bolognese, ravioli and seafood pasta. Rave reviews from everyone. “The very best in the Greenwood area if you are looking for Italian. The food, staff, and atmosphere are top notch. I recommend asking for their homemade peppercorn ranch dressing to go on your side salad and the Paradise Martini, and even if you're full after the meal, grab a cheesecake to go!“

“Spent the night at the Wyndham before a super early flight. Was pleasantly surprised by the onsite restaurant. Kind servers who were eager to please— especially Barbie and Jamie! They were clearly understaffed and SO HOT in the mandatory grey synthetic button ups yet still served each customer with a smile and genuine connection. Please get these lovely ladies a breathable uniform and a raise! They were great.“

When I walked in to order a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic knots, what would typically be a routine and not-a-second-thought-given stop, turned out to be the highlight of my day and amazing food. Dan, the owner, immediately welcomed me and wanted to have a conversation. This was so refreshing compared to today’s service industry. Dan is a one man show and I was so impressed with the quality of his food. You can tell he takes pride in his food and his customer service. The food is freshly made to order and so delicious. Please support this local small business - I promise it’s better than any chain pizza place around.“

Thank you SO MUCH for being such kind human beings! Thank you for so lovingly, tending to her baby. Thank you for caring helping her get to her feet. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your continued care throughout the entire visit. “We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! Kudos to the management for putting the employees who want to work first!! It was well worth the wait!! Servers keep up the good work!! Happy Mother’s Day!!“

I wish their store is close to my home.“

“Best owner and restaurant. For about 5 years I've been eating here and never once have had a bad meal or service. The owner takes care of the customer quite surprisingly well. “My wife and I have been long time wine club members so long that we have gotten to know all of the many mgrs ( and there have been a lot of them over a very short amount of time) the grad operation have become shorter and unpredictable and quite frankly we have wonder why or how It has stayed open for the past 4 years???? But we remained as wine club members because Foyt liters the best wine and we just love it! Recently came in to pick up our quartile bottles and where told we had already picked them up? This was impossible simply because the time when we were coming by they literally didn’t have any of the wines that we like? Not even for sale by the glass……. We told the lady that was there taking care of things ( whom we had never seen) and we where blown off for better yet made to feel we where trying to get over on them???? We were so offended!!!!! After tickets the winery all these years through what has obviously been hard times for them to be treelike that was the last straw!!! We went in last week to get our wine for this quarter and just call it quits and get rid of our mentor all these years and we were met with the new mgr Jenn. She was so pricey and classy and took the time to verities we were long time members !!!! She did what shocked us and provided us with most of the bottles that we were supposed to have two quarters ago and our new order!!!!! She had no idea we would be canceling our membership and that’s what made us stay and keep our membership!!!! She was a very refreshing thing to see !!!! A mgr first of all and one that looked to take care of what one would think is their most critical people the wine club members!!!!! Foyt has the best wine anywhere!!!!! I’m convinced the two who run the operation could care less about it doing good business since they don’t have any skin in it and it shows! They have the best wine that’s made by the Indy 500 greatest champion ( their) grandfather and it feels like this place is barely an afterthought for them. They never have a presence there and clearly don’t need it to be successful. But at least I can say that they found a great hire to steer the ship for them as Jenn was amazing as she manages , served and handled everything by herself on a Saturday with grace and class!!!!“
