“The manager working at 4:30pm or so Saturday, May 6, 2023 was excellent! We called ahead and when we arrived there were 2 large parties seated and a few tables. After waiting about 15 minutes we asked the host how long it would be, were they short staffed etc. Unfortunately the host talked so quietly and did not seem to be able to answer our questions. When I asked for the manager she said they were short staffed and I would have been happy with just that. Instead, she had us seated in a few minutes and took care of us herself until our server was free. This was above and beyond in my opinion! Our server was also excellent! Highly recommend this Carrabba’s! I’m so sorry that I don’t remember names but both the manager and our server were excellent!“

“We recommend Salt on Mass for its incredible consistency. The experience is always welcoming and forever delicious. My husband David treated us to a delightful dining experience for Valentine's Day Eve. (I love dining "off holiday" for a more peaceful pace.) We've dined at Salt on Mass many times and continue to be thrilled with our experience. We reserved through Open Table and were seated immediately with our on-time arrival. I love a table with a view of the room's comings and goings, so #41 was ideal, again. We were welcomed by our server Ryan, who explained he was also our bartender. (Love it - special insights on cocktails and wines.) He served us well, attentive but not too much so, and we loved his creative chocolate martini as our "appetizer." :-) We chose our dinner favorites - Chilean Sea Bass with delectable risotto for David and Salmon with expertly grilled asparagus for me. The portions remain appropriately generous, so we split the Key-Lime Chiffon Cake for dessert. Congratulations Johnny and crew for delivering another memory-making visit. From the moment we sat down, everything was flawless. We began with oysters and the French onion soup. Do not skip the soup—it is a masterpiece in a bowl. The Chateaubriand arrived perfectly prepared, accompanied by impossibly good fries and glazed carrots that were simply next level. And just when we thought it could not get any better, the chocolate cake arrived. Rich, decadent, and absolutely unforgettable. Geraldine’s is a gem. We started with the shrimp cocktail, which lived up to its reputation huge, perfectly chilled shrimp with that signature spicy cocktail sauce that Harry & Izzy’s is famous for. It’s an absolute must-try appetizer.

For the main course, I had the New York strip steak, cooked to a flawless medium rare. The flavor was outstanding tender, juicy, and seared beautifully. My companion ordered the filet mignon, which was equally excellent, paired with creamy mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in preparation really stood out.

The service was efficient and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Drinks were refilled promptly, and the server checked in just the right amount. The wine list was impressive, and our server helped us choose a Cabernet that complemented our steaks perfectly.

For dessert, we shared the bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce, and it was the ideal finish warm, rich, and beautifully presented.

All in all, Harry & Izzy’s delivers a top-notch dining experience that rivals any high-end steakhouse, but with a friendlier and more relaxed feel. Whether for a business dinner, a date night, or a special occasion, this place never disappoints. Absolutely five stars from me.“

“Ordered Kitchen sink. Fish, Clams, shrimp and crab cake were incredibly delicious. I had an issue with the 4 percent discount for cash not being honored. I got a business card from them and emailed as soon as I got home.

They replied quickly and escalated to someone higher up and was asked to call. Spoke to Molly Caplinger for 16 minutes and she was so nice, professional and understanding.
