“The manager working at 4:30pm or so Saturday, May 6, 2023 was excellent! We called ahead and when we arrived there were 2 large parties seated and a few tables. After waiting about 15 minutes we asked the host how long it would be, were they short staffed etc. Unfortunately the host talked so quietly and did not seem to be able to answer our questions. When I asked for the manager she said they were short staffed and I would have been happy with just that. Instead, she had us seated in a few minutes and took care of us herself until our server was free. This was above and beyond in my opinion! Our server was also excellent! Highly recommend this Carrabba’s! I’m so sorry that I don’t remember names but both the manager and our server were excellent!“

“We recommend Salt on Mass for its incredible consistency. The experience is always welcoming and forever delicious. My husband David treated us to a delightful dining experience for Valentine's Day Eve. (I love dining "off holiday" for a more peaceful pace.) We've dined at Salt on Mass many times and continue to be thrilled with our experience. We reserved through Open Table and were seated immediately with our on-time arrival. I love a table with a view of the room's comings and goings, so #41 was ideal, again. We were welcomed by our server Ryan, who explained he was also our bartender. (Love it - special insights on cocktails and wines.) He served us well, attentive but not too much so, and we loved his creative chocolate martini as our "appetizer." :-) We chose our dinner favorites - Chilean Sea Bass with delectable risotto for David and Salmon with expertly grilled asparagus for me. The portions remain appropriately generous, so we split the Key-Lime Chiffon Cake for dessert. Congratulations Johnny and crew for delivering another memory-making visit. “This was first for us, the temperature of 2 steaks was off. Both were supposed to be medium and one was well (no pink at all) which made the meat dry and the other was medium rare. The others were very good. Our main server was ok. We had to keep asking for refills, which is very uncommon.“

I had noted in my reservation that we were celebrating one of our team members becoming a U.S. citizen; when we arrived, the staff had signed a congratulatory card for her, which was such a kind gesture. I wish I could remember our server's name (brunette working in the upstairs section) because she was so friendly and personable, we all loved her. The food was top tier and the service was even better. The shrimp cocktail and bread pudding lived up to the hype. “Diners beware, I recently visited Prime 47 Indianapolis, I had a $200 gift card and was celebrating my wife's birthday. We typically do not get to visit eating establishments at this price level so this was a once in a great while event. The dinner was great don't get me wrong, but I was unfortunately quite shocked to find out at the presentation of the bill that my gift card was for Prime 47 Carmel and that both establishments were under separate management and therefore not affiliated with one another which then put me in the position of having to cover a $285.00 meal on my own. Needless to say quite a shock to the retirement budget. All in all, it was a great meal for those who live on a Kings budget.“
