It's certainly more of a restaurant vibe than the get your pastrami on rye to go version of a deli.... and the better for it if you're looking for a relaxed lunch.The Caesar actually had anchovy like it should and rye croutons for an extra treat. The tallow fries are furreal. Reminded us of Hot Doug's duck fat fries in Chicago back in the day.We're newer to Indy and Turchettis was recommended by friends as "good but pricey" which we are learning is the Midwest version of 5 ⭐, 10 out of 10 highly recommend. It's a 10-15$ sandwich and worth every penny!“

“I don't ever write reviews but I walked in to get lunch for my mom and I. I brought my daughter who is on oxygen and I have to lug around her generator, her, her diaper bag, etc. it's a lot. So I ordered, this wonderful lady said hello to my daughter and then offered to bring my food out to my car. It's a small gesture to some but huge to me. I told her I didn't want to be a bother and she said it wasn't at all and she was happy to do it. It made me so happy to think she was thinking of how to make my life just a little easier. So she brought me my food and said "you're doing amazing mama" I don't know her name but I've been coming here since I was in high school and they've always always been so kind. Amazing place.“

“Ordered online, requested no tomatoes at oil on the side. Due to having it for lunch, I did not want sandwhich soggy. I checked the bag before pulling off (I'm glad I did). Sandwhich did not have oil included. I had to let the person who brought order aware of this. He returned to the car with the cup, then I decided to check the sandwich, and it had tomatoes. “I was nervous about a subway on this side of town, but I stumbled across. It, tucked away, hidden in the nook of a seeming to be shut down strip mall area — happily to find a pristine kitchen, with fresh meats and cheeses in what seem to be freshly cleaned and rotated metal tins . The staff is very nice professional, and seems to care about the customers very quick service and was happy to suggest things and update us on pricing. I ate my sandwich and it was fantastic. Definitely one of the better subways I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of subways in many states. Will 100% go back and be happy to see the staff there again. He labeled our sandwich that I was going to have for lunch tomorrow with a marker that says tomorrow and packed my sandwich that I was going to eat today separately - without me even asking, he simply just remembered our conversation. I decided to try this place being that it is a small business owner, and they tend to have better service. Food was great. At least today. I will be ordering from here again. The interior is so charming and cute, more-so with the upbeat music and varying tablecloths. The sole reason for the four stars is because the cashier/server. I mentioned that it was our first time and was hoping for some recommendations but she looked very annoyed and her tone was not friendly. We felt rushed, though there was no one behind us. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman, but this was not a five star experience due to the cashier/server. I will be back though and I sincerely hope I can update my review with five stars!“
