“Very friendly "servers". Store practiced social distancing. Was not crowded. The cookies were not stocked well. They only had a few macadamia nut cookies left and I bought them. The employee said they were out of cookies. That is one reason I go to Subway. I ordered a foot long veggie sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was very fresh as were the veggies I choose for my sandwich. The server was very generous with my sub and I was very pleased. Will return but only if they have a well stocked macadamia nut cookie shelf. LOL“

“My daughters and I have experienced this Charley’s a few times and the service has been great each visit. The food is excellent with the fries and chicken perfectly fried.

I did try the bacon cheese fries one and wasn’t a fan because the cheese was flavorless.

The service- I’ve not seen this level of unprofessionalism, rude, disrespectful, uncaring “employees” in a long time. They were talking about the customers, cursing out loud at each other. “This restaurant is truly a gem in the south shore community. I go there every Sunday for breakfast after taking a walk. The owner is so incredibly kind and friendly, and they treat you like family. The food is good and reasonably priced but the lemonade is amazing. Highly recommend!“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I've never been to a Subway before so I was a little nervous about ordering. I entered the building and was greeted by a young man named Brayden. I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! To say I was impressed would be an understatement.“
