“My family of 8 had lunch at Perkins on Thanksgiving. I hadn't been there in years and that was for breakfast. We couldn't have had a better time. The hostess was pleasant, our waiter ( wish I could remember his name now) was great and the food far exceeded my expectations. There were quite a number of diners with walkers and cane's and everyone was so nice about helping them navigate the busy dining area and get seated. It was a very busy place, but no one acted so harassed and overworked that they couldn't be nice. We will definitely be going to Perkins in the future.“

“We can't recommend Eileen's enough! In the spur of the moment we called about sourcing a large quantity of cookies for catering, and Sarah was extremely helpful in fulfilling all of our needs. The cookies themselves are top notch, so good our staff even joked about going on strike if we don't continue to pick up some extras for them! 😆 We are looking forwards to partnering with Eileen's Colossal Cookies, Lawrence Kansas more in the future! 😀“

“Everytime I go to Lawrence I make sure I stop by and get a bundlet or 2. The service is always great and friendly. The cakes are absolutely delicious. I don't live close to a Nothing Bundt Cake so sometimes I've buy extra and freeze for later. Even after freezing they are absolutely delicious!“

“M & M Bakery is the place our family goes to for our special celebration cakes and desserts, and have done for over forty years! We recently had them prepare a large sheet cake celebrating an anniversary for our large group. The cake and frosting were fresh and moist and very delicious. Everyone complimented us on how great the cake was! We love their donuts, cookies, and other treats. Always fresh and a great assortment to choose from!“

“best donuts I've had! we definitely enjoy going. we did grab the breakfast sandwiches and didn't read the smaller print (we should have) my SO can't have spicy at all so he was out of a sandwich. it's not something I would buy again but the donuts we will be back for!!!“

“Amazing as usual! Never had better cookies in my life. Reeses are the best, although the rest of the fam gave the #1 spot to Red Velvet by a narrow margin. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Requested medium rare, received medium rare - PERFECT. <3“

“We recently used McLain's catering for a shower brunch and were absolutely amazed by how beautiful the food was and how delicious. It made for a stunning table and people couldn't stop eating or thanking us! They were even able to design an unusual cake we had requested and it turned out perfect. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“The blueberry cake is so delicious! The sweetness is moderate, the cake is very light and soft, and the tiramisu is good but not amazing.
The croquettes tasted average.
The Portuguese egg tart was terrible. The filling was too sweet and not the way it should be. The quality was the same as frozen food.“
