Went to this bar quite a few times with friends / family. Wait staff all are friendly. Didn't try any cocktails so I cannot comment on the tenders skill of mixology.

Mini buffalo tacos are pretty good especially considering so many places think buffalo / hot wing sauce is Tabasco, it's not. It's Franks Red Hot and butter, and at least what twisters is offering is closer to the latter. Oh and they put actual blue-cheese on them instead of blue cheese flavored salad dressing. So more points there, these small things matter.
Burgers are good, juicy and with freshly cut veggies and pickles.
Shrimp was simple (peppered) but prepared properly for the most part, check for veins, might get one or two in a pound of shrimp. And on top of that they most certainly didn't taste like they were sitting in a freezer for weeks.“

“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

“My sister and I had lunch here yesterday and loved it!!! Pretzels were really good for an appetizer and then the Chicken Pot Pie was SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I love a down home meal like that and it didn’t disappoint!!! I’ll be back just for that!!! Our waiter Miles was a really nice guy and was very attentive to the customers. We ordered 5 different dishes from the Cantonese menu(which is the more traditional Chinese menu).and gosh the portion sizes were huge and every dish was great. They all had their own distinct taste. Got the smoky mountain flat iron steak, mac and cheese, goat cheese grits. I also added on a side of rosemary parmesan crispy potatoes.

The steak had good flavor.
The mac and cheese was delicious, just a little cold when served.
The goat cheese grits was on the weaker side of flavor.
The potatoes were tasty.

The service was friendly and well paced.
The atmosphere looks fantastic, and the tables were clean.

“The Olathe Ridgeview Minsky’s is the very best of all their locations. Brandi and her team make sure our gluten free needs are met and the pizza is always excellent! The restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly and the kitchen team is organized and fast! We’ve tried many gluten free pizzas and restaurants but nothing compares to the Olathe Minsky’s location. We don’t order pizza anywhere else!
