“Great food and service. I had the Pollo Rancho Viejo and it was amazing with the cheesy sauce and nice fresh spinach and mushrooms. I would highly recommend it.Kid-friendliness: Staff were very friendly with my kids and the kids' meals were reasonably priced. They had chicken tenders and hamburgers as options for kids.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by this authentic Mexican restaurant in Council Grove which is a national historic landmark because it was the last place to get supplies on the Santa Fe Trail heading southwest. I ordered a la carte and had a bean burrito. It had a magnifico tomato-based sauce on it. The two chicken tacos (hard shell) were excellent. They were not greasy and they had that special white cheese on them. The prices are reasonable as well. Fantastico!“
