“Food was pretty good. The servers were very distracted by other things. She asked me 3 times what I would like on my tacos & then would turn and do something else.. I answered all 3 times and then the last time had to say when you're ready I will tell you a 4th time.
There was no ice in the soda fountain. The tables were all dirty & the music was extremely loud.“
“Terrible restaurant. They have contaminated my food twice in a row with meat and dairy. A different location previously contained my order as well. Ive been ordering the veggie bowl for over 15 years. When I tell them about this, no attempts are made to empty out contaminated containers. Not sure if they find it funny or why they keep adding meat to my bowl.“
“I was a little frustrated at first because the person making my bowl seemed not to speak English very well and understand that I knew what I wanted and I was ordering what I wanted. However, the girl at the register was able to translate and move things along. I would have initially rated the service for stars but after I forgot to order my extra tortillas and she gave them to me at no cost I decided that 5 was appropriate. I rated the atmosphere lower because there were several dirty tables and some food on the floor in different places. Also, the silver circular trays and bowls were plentiful at the stations to turn them in because no one had bothered to go collect them.“
“I have always the the burritos and bowls. The food is always fresh, portions are large and they always have a nice clean atmosphere. The grilled chicken burrito with guacamole was amazing. It was so big it took me 2 days to eat it.
The chicken was grilled perfectly, the guac was tasty and the grilled veggies were perfect.
It's funny they took all the lids off the Tabasco sauce bottles because people were stealing them :)“

“I don’t go to Chipotle a lot but I would go back to this location anytime. The customer service was impeccable and the manager or shift lead working was incredibly friendly. I’ve worked customer service jobs and this man was encouraging his co workers and really leading the team. Genuinely enjoyed getting food here and appreciated the service.“
“BIG KUDOS to all employees at this store tonight! I was denied service at the other location on N Chatham because employees decided to stop making food 20 minutes until close and inconvenience customers so they could get off quicker. Who runs out of rice when you’re still open for 20 more minutes? Not a single employee there was concerned. I had to race to this location before close. Everything was clean and all the food was still out! I was greeted warmly, immediately and served with a smile! This location clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in doing a good job. I would love if this review made a positive impact on anyway for the two ladies and gentleman who were working tonight, Tuesday at 10:50 pm. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for being stand up workers. It was appreciated!“
“BIG shout out to Anthony at this store! He and the rest of the staff always have a great attitude and are more than happy to provide outstanding service to their customers. I’m a regular to this store and Anthony is always there, creating conversations with each customer, making their day that much better, and personally shook my hand and introduced himself to me since he knows I frequent this store often. Out of all the chipotles I’ve been to EVER, this is by far the best and the only one I will be going to as long as I’m in Kansas City. Couldn’t say enough about this place. Thanks again Anthony!!“
