“The sandwich artists in this particular store are very personable. There are 4 that I love talking to and catching up with. The store is always clean and I've never had an issue when I go in the store. I did order on door dash once and they sent the sandwich with no toppings that I asked for but other than that, I've had no issues.“

I am not sure of their names but the Female coworker that usually works in the mornings(?), She is really good at her job and despite she's usually on her own, she always greets her customers with a smile, and helps pretty quickly. “I'd like to say that I have ordered from this location over a dozen times, and really never had any issues.....until yesterday. I called in an order of 5 sandwiches, they were very quick with the delivery, and incredibly friendly. On our $38 order, we tipped the driver over $12. Later we begin to unwrap our sandwiches, and found that 3 out of the 5 were made incorrectly. Next thing we know there is another knock at our front door, with a Jimmy John's driver handing me another sandwich to correct one made wrong. However that replacement sandwich was still wrong. Now with that being said - I am not a big complainer. I appreciate the fast delivery, and I also appreciate the attempt to make our order right. However - 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made wrong, and while I appreciate the attempt to correct the issue, our ONE replacement sandwich was also wrong. Now I did not call and complain and demand that correct all sandwiches that were wrong - Quite frankly b/c it was dinner time and my crew was very hungry. And the sandwiches were still edible, just not the way we ordered them. In the future I will still order from this Jimmy John's, but will begin checking my order immediately, and calling as soon as I know something isn't correct. I would appreciate also in the future that the Jimmy John's employees take more time to review and ensure orders are correct before trying to be TOO FREAKY FAST. I love the fast delivery - but I do not like paying for something that I didn't order. Please Jimmy John's be more cautious when making the yummy sandwiches and everyone will be HAPPY! “I placed my order on the app. I received notification within 10 minutes that my order was ready for pick-up. Went right through the drive-thru and promptly received my order from the friendly staff. Italian Night Club with hot peppers were 100%!“

“Previously rated this location high stars. After today I will never go back. Online order was suppose to be ready at 4:05 which is when I arrived. Was told another 10 min. At time I walked in was only 2 customers inside the store. I waited as informed soon as I sit down a crowd of people walk in and they help them and make all those orders. I had to get up and yell to get my food started. If I had known this I would have just ordered when I walked in.“
