“Had a long line when I pulled up, but it went fast. I ordered a medium iced turtle mocha & a bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sandwich. Both were just what I expected & good. The sandwich was very warm, but didn't have that reheated feel.”

“Service was Amazing! Kathy went over and beyond. The food was great I had the berry french toast slam and he had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Love the fact Kathy made sure the coffee was fresh. Becky and Jessica also were amazing. Any time they passed our table they always spoke to us and asked if we needed anything. Paul did an amazing job cooking everything was wonderful. Highly suggest giving them a shot. Save some room for the cheesecake it is good.”

“I never expected a cafeteria in a hospital to have such fantastic food with such friendly staff professionals. I would say that the options were great and the service was exceptional.

“Very fast service. We ordered online and selected pick up asap while we was sitting in the parking lot. Maybe 5 mins, if that, later went inside and it was ready to go at the counter waiting for us to pay for it. It was worth every bit that paid for it too. Reasonably priced, u get alot for ur bucks. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Very well made, looks like they took their time making it even tho it was made fast. I couldn't wait to go back n get another sandwich from them. So we did go back a couple days later n it was great again. Now whenever I've money to spend again I know where I want to go. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried this place yet. On a side note, along with the great food, if you're not in a rush or have a few mins to spare, it's definitely worth to have a look around the inside of this place. Lots of interesting things to see along the walls in text mostly from like top to bottom all around, some insightful, some funny, even some educational.”

“I placed my order through the app and my sandwich was created exactly as ordered. The lady greeted me cheerfully when I walked in to pick up my order and thanked me as I walked out. I noticed that the store has been renovated. It looked clean and inviting. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this location and plan to order from here again.”

“Tomkio H was super nice and patient working the drive thru. The food was excellent and cooked to order. Just some random empty boxes out back but still a wonderful establishment. Will be back and choose it over McDonald’s or Burger King any day of the week!”

We’ve noticed Taco Bell quality has been improving overall, but this store is the BEST in the area for quality and service.

“So it is Monday July 14 and we just left Joe’s BBQ and my wife told me that my BBQ is better the Joe’s any-day. Sunday night we went to Q39 and wow what a difference. My wife and I both had the 3 meat and sides of beans,and vegetables. Every single thing we had was great. Chicken(white meat) had good flavor but chicken is chicken. Sausage was full of flavor with the peppers. Ribs were fall off the bone and didn’t need sauce. The pulled pork was really soft and melted in the mouth good. So at this point I have to say if you are in Kansas City for BBQ go to Q39 last because nothing compares the it at least in Kansas City anyway.”

“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.”

“I feel bad with the way I left the store about an hour ago. The workers and I had a miscommunication because someone else in my family ordered online and therefore had the link to check in. I was just in charge of pick up and I was by myself. When I got my order, I felt like I was short with the worker helping me (tall, curly haired man, early 20s?) and I didn't mean to. I meant for my response to be lighthearted and humorous and I'm afraid that's not how it came across. I apologize.
Anyways, its the holidays and those employees are dealing with a lot right now. Of course I will be coming back to this location and to other crumbl stores, and they did a fabulous job considering how busy it was.”
