We called ahead of time to let them know we were headed their way and they were very accommodating to us when we arrived. Food was great and brought out quickly for a big group, service was great and we liked supporting a family owned restaurant. Stop by and give it a try. You won't regret it.“

“Dylan and his staff were so incredibly welcoming to us when we arrived 13 minutes before closing time; we’d been traveling all day and were desperately looking for food. While I know we must’ve been a huge pain in their side as they were trying to close NOT ONE SINGLE employee gave us dirty looks or complained.I heard conversations in the kitchen with the cook who’d JUST finished cleaning off their grill. When told that they had to fire it up again, there was no complaint or huffing. They served us delicious food that wasn’t thrown together in frustration like other places would do.This Applebee’s should be used (and recognized as) a prime example to corporate of what EXACTLY 5 star customer service is. This team here went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful.Dylan, Applebees should feel fortunate to have you as their employee; kind and patient workers like you who’ll still help others despite it being closing time are incredibly rare to come across.
