just had my first wrap & it was Excellent!! Only problem was, it was not cut in half & I had no knife!
I ordered online and did not realize they do not deliver. I have a disability so I am unable to drive. I was staying at a hotel. The manager said she just got off work and would bring me the sandwiches. thank you
Jose was very friendly great customer service very knowledgeable on deals and discounts! This man needs a raise and a bonus

Subway is a place with great customer service and amazing food. Some recent experiences have been a bit disappointing due to burnt bread and new staff. The tuna fish sandwich on white bread with purple onion and lettuce is delicious, fresh, and served with great service in a clean, well-lighted environment with ample parking. However, it is not disabled or wheelchair accessible. Recently, customers noted that the staff seemed unhappy and unrecognized customers, which affected the overall experience. Despite this, some staff members, like Darin, are highly appreciated; he is known for remembering orders and treating everyone with dignity and respect, even during busy times. One customer shared that their order for a footlong cold cut combo with Italian herbs & cheese bread, American cheese, and various toppings was made perfectly by Jose and Malcolm, who provided outstanding and friendly service. The environment remains clean and well-lit, and the food is fresh and tasty.
