“By honoring the coupon they gave me. It was two small single pies for $20.00 when I got there they had two large pizzas and charged me $38.00 ? And gave me a really lame excuse. I worked in the pizza business myself and have never experienced anything like this.. been ordering pizza there since the 1970's, you lost a lifetime customer...“

“Yes, but, check your order when picking up. We’ve been shorted bread the last two visits and this time the salad dressing isn’t included. The quality control process for verifying carry out and pickup orders stinks.“

“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“
