“We had dinner with another couple. Front/bar was super noisy so we opted for a booth in the back in order to have a conversation. Service was very good. Husband and I ordered the ravioli and the chicken Ceasar salad to share. All good but salad was very small for the price. I'm not a big eater but left feeling hungry even though we had chocolate torte for dessert.“

“Shanique at store1785 was very helpful, I enjoyed talking with her. She made the entire experience very pleasant as well as the other workers there that day too. Please consider building more Fazoli's in Cincinnati. We have to drive an hour to get to the closest one in Florence, Ky. I live in Milford, Oh. and I believe one would go well here. The food is excellent and a very good value. I always get a salad because it is fresh and cold. The breadsticks are way better than olive gardens. Every entree is excellent! I’ve never had a bad experience or meal at Fazolis. I travel a lot and Fazoli’s is the best value I have found for fresh and healthy fast food. Lunch specials may seem small but they are always just enough and very high quality. The rewards program is very nice as the points add up fast. When I’m out, I always look for Fazolis!“

“I'm not sure what that Mike guy is on about, this place is by far one of the best local joints around Lexington. For the price you pay, you get way more than your money's worth. The pizza is phenomenal, alongside being able to try other pizzas at the bar. The pasta is what you expect at a buffet, and the service was decent enough. My only suggestion is to ensure that you put on your menus what is exactly included in your buffet. Meaning, let your customers know what pizzas and desserts they can order! This is my second time here, and it will not be my last.“

“I'm glad I read the reviews because I was not expecting it be in a shack/bar.... But I was expecting to have low standards as far as the facility. When we walked in everyone at the bar turned around to look at us and I thought maybe I was at the wrong place lol But the food was very tasty. The wings were super tasty. Smoky, crispy, and the chimichurri was a nice touch. We got the Vinni and... the one with beer cheese. They were both really good! Thankfully the wings had a little arugula a peppers because needed a vegetable after all of that. The server was grumpy at first, but lightened up after a while and was nice. I'll definitely go back, especially when the patio is open!“

“The Italian is the best pizza in the menu by far! The wings and garlic cheese bread are also amazing. Great place for a date night or game night. It’s located in the old Lexington train station building which is really cool! ( you can see the old tracks in the hallways if you venture in the rest of the building)“

“Expect a bit of a wait, even on a weekday.The inside is absolutely gorgeous. Obviously, we HAD to order the breadstick, right? Whatever you imagine it to be... it's even more delicious. The bread is even softer and more warm, the butter is perfection, and when you drop a little of the parm in there? Amazing.We did get a pizza and a pasta, but I indulged so hard in the bread that I didn't even eat the pasta until we got home.The side salad was yummy, and the ranch dressing was all the good parts of a house ranch. “Food used to be way better, this time there was so much empty space on the sandwich where in The past chicken would be falling out.Service was practically slow, no refills, mixing tables up trying to drop off a check before we ever got food, then hard to get our check when we had ate. It still has potential but I won't be picking to go back anytime soon“

“I just left and our meal was delicious. Service was excellent, and the place was clean & tidy. Our waitress was great, our meal slipped off the big tray as they were bringing it through the crowd, nobody's fault, nobody injured or got food on them. She apologized profusely. Staff had it cleaned up and gone in minutes. We were worried we'd have to wait a while for new food but within 10 minutes we had piping hot replacements. “Big fans of the garlic bread, and even the cheese pizza is a top favorite for our kids. We usually eat at the Richmond location, but also pleased with the Lexington location! My daughter requested it for her birthday when we went to Lexington. She wanted her friends to also experience the delicious garlic bread soaked in butter! Definitely a hip place that pleases all members in the family! Always has the best taste, warm and quick service with plenty of options! You won’t be disappointed!“

My 2nd experience was from the Lexington location. My order "The Meats" pizza & bread sticks was placed on a weekday as soon as they opened & I was up against a very large order. I was a solo party, and they immediately tried to sit me at bar. When I said I wanted a table, they acted like everything was reserved despite there being tables without reserved signs. I get you don’t make as much money with a solo at a 2 seater but not everyone wants to sit shoulder to shoulder at a bar. They treated me like I was an imposition. Maybe I am? Who knows. “A fast food Italian restaurant with drive thru and all. I thought we were going to a true restaurant. They had plenty of parking. Pulled in to park and saw a drive thru, thought that was weird but ok. Walked in and we had to order at the counter. Think Long John Silvers style ordering. We sat with our tabletop number and waiting on the food. There was plenty of seating (only 3 other tables were used). The service was iffy at this point. Left us standing around waiting to order. When ordering the lady was very impatient and did more talking than listening. We've never been here before we had questions. There is a self service kiosk to order if you know what your doing and don't want to wait. The food came out the guy had to go back after forgetting the breadsticks (that come with the meals). My wife and daughter got the spaghetti and I got a sub. Honestly, it tasted better than I expected. Amazing, no....but not fast food quality. For the price the quality is pretty good. We sampled a beer flight and savored the old world-style “drunken mushroom” pizza, along with a Caesar salad and hot honey chicken wings. The food was served promptly and deliciously. The casual ambiance of the spacious interior, coupled with immediate service due to the few customers present, added to our enjoyment. The house-made dressings elevated the flavors significantly. We’d easily rate it 10/10 and would return, though we wish they offered cauliflower or gluten-free options. Their pizza-by-the-slice option is perfect for those not looking to commit to a whole pie. “Went to watch an LSU women's game. The bartender had it on but was nice enough to change the TV across from me to the game. I got Korean BBQ on the shrimp. Good portions and the sauce is great! The white chicken pizza was a little over done from one's I've had in the past at Louisville locations but still good flavor. Asked for Ranch and didn't have to wait long. There were not many people in the bar area and it was pretty chill.“

We had the option of maybe 15 toppings and notably missing were common pizza toppings like banana peppers and green olives. So that was disappointing. They also need to rethink putting the hot pizza on a thin piece of paper with sharpie written on it. The paper gets soggy and rips, getting into the cheese on the bottom of the pizza. Tasty pizza and prices were fair for the size but room for improvement.“
