“My husband and I visited for Valentine's day. I generally enjoyed the experience. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was rather pleasant. Of course the meat just kept coming, although I'm not big on eating that much beef. For my expectations and taste the steaks should have had more tenderness. It seemed to have been overcooked. The sides and salad bar were delicious. The only other downside is the 20% gratuity that was automatically charged when it was stated on the menu this was for a party of six or more, it was just two of us. I feel we should have been made aware of such a charge. I didn't notice until I got home. I do plan on returning bc my husband loved it, for my taste I'll stick to the chicken and the salad bar.“

“We are longtime customers of this location and often bring our four sons and our daughter-in-law. We know much of the waitstaff and they often drop by our table to say hello when we come in. Teka remembered that our youngest (who has autism) son had just graduated and is about to start his new job. We were there without kids but she had all the employees sign a card for him and give it to us to take home. He was thrilled and it was so kind, but very in character for Teka. She’s always very thoughtful and will take care of you like family. We are so touched at her thinking of Noah this way.“

“I normally have a great time at Texas Roadhouse.But last night june seventeenth my husband and I went and it was a pretty bad experience. For 1 hour stakes, we're not done. We had to send them back and when I cut into my steak. I cut mine into 3 pieces to make sure it was done. My husband cut his into 2 pieces and when they brought them back. A big piece of my steak was not there.. Now, like I said, we normally have a great time there with no problems.My husband and I go maybe twice a week and we never have any problems , but on june seventeenth , we had this bad experience. But needless to say, we will return to Texas road.As we normally do and hopefully , we will have better experiences there. Texas roadhouse is One of our favorite restaurants“

“My wife and I brought our two daughters to Le Moo tonight to celebrate our youngest turning two tomorrow. We didn’t reserve a birthday table or expect anything special, but as we were leaving I politely asked the hostess if it would be possible to get two balloons for our kids. The hostess kindly grabbed two balloons and was about to hand them to me when her manager stopped her and told her she was not allowed to give them to my children. The hostess was clearly embarrassed and apologized. I told her it was no big deal and didn’t make a scene, but I’ll be honest — it was disappointing. As a business owner myself, I fully understand that you can’t accommodate every request, and policies exist for a reason. That said, after spending around $500 on dinner, and having two young children who were the only kids visibly in the restaurant, being denied two balloons — something that likely costs pennies — left a sour impression. My family has spent thousands of dollars at Le Moo over the years, and this was one of our more disappointing experiences. I do want to be very clear that our waitress, Kay, was absolutely fantastic. She provided excellent service and made the dining experience enjoyable up until that final interaction. I’m sharing this not to demand anything, but simply to provide feedback. Small gestures matter, especially when celebrating moments with young kids. Unfortunately, this was a miss for us tonight.“

“Four stars for the excellent service, but I have to say that the steaks were just not good. My husband got a $28.99 filet well done, however it was black on both sides. (He gets well done across the street and while well done is not burnt) I ordered a sirloin that was mediocre. We ordered a blooming onion and was shocked how small it was compared to last time we were there. ( to be honest it was year before last) The steamed veggies were delicious as was the free bread which shockingly is still free. The quality of food most places is just not the best anymore.“

“I came In Wednesday to order 2 steak meals to go. I didn’t expect the service that I would receive. As a caregiver for my parents these last few months have been hard because my father recently passed away. Waiting on my food I started talking to the worker’s. I don’t get out much but these workers made me happy that I stop here today. I stopped here because my mother loves the steaks here. I live 30 minutes away but it was worth the stop. Thinking about my parents I broke down in tears in cattlemen. The compassion that they showed me was priceless. I’ll never forget this day. Thank you to the worker’s. I had Azalea as my server. It wasn’t just her but 2 others who names I don’t remember. You never know what a person is going through so being kind could make someone’s day. They made mine plus the food was great.“

“It was so cold in there that I could feel air blowing in my face. However, the food was do delicious I forgave them. I got a parmesan crusted ribeye, loaded baked potato, and the featured corn on the cob. I had a well gone steak cooked to perfection 👌🏽“

“We made reservations for 7pm online two days prior. We go there around 6:15pm. We pulled into the parking lot then took a right to pass the valet where the extra parking is located. We went in the glass doors where the valet employee is then opened another set of doors to the main floor. The two elevators located together are open. The one elevator by itself to the right is closed. We waited around 10 minutes then we sat on the left side of the restaurant. Our waiter was Tim, he was very personable and we had a great experience with him. The free bread was good. We ordered the goat cheese and artichoke dip. It was good but messy. I ordered the Ruth Classis steak and shrimp. It came with a 6oz sirloin and 3 shrimp. I got to choose a soup or salad, side and got a cheesecake dessert with it. I chose ceasar salad and mashed potatoes. The salad was okay. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and delicious. The food tasted way better than Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. It was great seeing and hearing the steak come out. Most food I've ever ate. You definitely get what you pay for.“

“The staff is always very friendly and with good energy given, you will recieve in return. They are all very hard-working people. The servers make their own salads, which is my go-to, and I have yet to have a bad one. Their limited time menus always have at least two or three great items on them as well.
This place is a weekend lunch gem! Kudos to the whole staff. I love being a regular here.“

“It wasn’t my first visit but it gets better w/each visit! It’s my favorite dining experience for steaks, service and atmosphere. Josh Board was our server and knew all about the wines and bourbons, as he is a sommelier and bourbon steward. Ashton was my server assistant and never missed a step, even though he was training someone. Make a reservation soon so you don’t miss out and have to go elsewhere.“
