“I'm a HUGE fan to Taco John's and will not pass one by. Seriously. I've driven across 3 lanes of traffic with no warning to get to Taco Johns.

We stopped at this Taco John's when in Paducah for a weekend. It was a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, so we were the only customers.

We stood in the lobby for a few minutes before we were greeted and it was the manager who came up because the employees we could see were busy not paying us any attention. She took our orders and we talked for a minute and told us that they're collecting to help rebuild a church (church?) that was damaged in a recent tornado by rounding up our payment. I was intrigued by one of the local specials (a chicken ranch burrito, as I recall), so that's what I ordered, but with chips and cheese. Yes, Taco John's is known for their Potato Olés (ok, tots), but I prefer chips and cheese. Largely because if I have some Potato Olés I want to have MORE Potato Olés.

The dining room was very clean and I was digging the overhead music (80s and 90s). The drink station could have used some attention.

Our food deliver was about 8 minutes, and it was hot and accurate.

I wasn't crazy about the ranch chicken burrito, to be honest. America's never-ending fascination with ranch dressing is crazy and I don't really get it, but I like it when well placed and the right quantity. This was a little too much ranch for my taste, but it was still good. I think next time I'll stick with my regular Taco Bravo.

The footlong coney is not good. I do not like the cheese spread they put on it. It's like Cheese Wiz. Took one bite and I was done. Went straight into the trash.

“Always great sandwiches! But tonight was not their best night. No greeting when I arrived (I was the only customer). Seemed like an inconvenience to wait on me. Meat was skimpy on sandwich and my wife's salad. Not fully cut up. Very slow preparing the food, long wait. Decent, but not great.“

“The last 3 times I've stopped in for a quick meal I make simple requests such as no pickles and sometimes extra cheese depending on the mood and a sweet tea. Pretty simple I thought. “The food was good, fresh and didn’t mess anything up. This place is total chaos, 15 employees and no one knows what’s going on. They put my food on the counter without my drink then you have to stand for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come back overall I would stop again.“

“My food and shake was delicious! I hope the restaurant doesn't get rid of the shake glasses, they were cool! However, I had no idea they got rid of the servers and went to kiosks. They were easy to use but it still felt kind of lonely. It also asking for a tip is goofy. I had to put in my own order and wait for my name to be called. I am not tipping the kiosk. I rather tip the people in the back.“

“Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders. If they keep this young man, we will definitely be going back.“

I called in an order, the Employee on the phone was great, repeated my order back to me, suggested other items, and just seemed to care about doing her job correctly. My Pizza was delivered on time, Hot, Accurate and actually looked as good as the picture.“

“Came here late at night with a mobile order but when I showed up I realized I would not be able to access the drive thru because of the size of my truck. Despite their lobby being closed one of the employees still came out to see what we needed.
