“Lots of options but the ordering is wonky. A person takes your order and then you drive up a few feet and wait awkwardly while someone else makes your drink. I have liked all drinks I've had, though, including the flavored sparkling water. We didn't love the shakes, though, but everything else was good.“

No mobile app orders being prepared..just drive thru. So I left. I went to Versailles Road Starbucks in Lexington on my way home. I called to complain and got a sorry and that there must have been a lot of customers inside and mobile app orders. I told her there were neither and received poor service“
