“What makes me mad, is I ordered a burrito. Chicken, Rice, onions, black beans and cilantro. Why is it stuffed so full I can't eat it without taking it back to work, and getting a bowl. If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would have ordered one. This fell apart bursting out of the burrito shell as soon as I tried to open it. I could not even begin to take a bite. It's a gorgeous day outside and I wanted to eat at the picnic table.
Also, wipe down your nasty drink fridge. It looks like a million nasty hands have opened that door and it has never been wiped off.

I apologized for being so close to close and the crew of 2 high schoolers said no problem, we are here no matter what, might as well be making sandwiches! “Went to the new location neat Westport Rd on Monday. It's a very modernized location (you order at a kiosk instead of the counter) so not great if you prefer to be waited on. The kiosks are a little hidden. Had to have an employee tell me where they were. Walked right past them. The employees are all in the food prep area and it's hard to get someone to help you. There needs to be a call bell or something. There is inside seating but not a whole lot and most of the tables were dirty. Someone needs to pay more attention to the dining room. The food was good. The employees were nice. I ordered a to go order and got my order FAST.“

“As I told Jacob when I got to the window, I never leave reviews for businesses. I’m leaving this one because it is sadly becoming rarer and rarer to find outstanding customer service nowadays, especially in fast food. In the short interaction I had with Jacob as he took my order in the drive thru, he gave better customer service than I’ve had in any sit down restaurant, let alone in a fast food drive thru. He was kind, professional, authentic, and extremely helpful with the ordering process. His customer service puts Chick-Fil-A to shame, especially because it felt authentic and not forced. I know it sounds ridiculous to leave a review like this for a Drive Thru order, but he seriously made an impression and it made my day. Dude deserves some kind of recognition, and if Zaxby’s was smart, they would do whatever they can to get this guy contributing in a bigger way to their business, possibly through training at other locations.
