They don't talk bad to you, they willing to help you if order is messed up. They actually place your money in your hand while other Chinese restaurant sit the money down or drop it in your hands. “Got Bourbon chicken, egg roll and some dumplings for later. The atmosphere is alright, nothing fancy but not the ugliest or worse looking place I've been in, very quite. It's hard to rate service since that can change day by day but for me I waited over 30 minutes to get any of my food (only 1 person ahead of me) and the lady taking my order was very nice. For the food; the dumplings where very good, the egg roll was a lot smaller than what I was expecting but pretty much what you'd expect and the rice was good too. The bourbon chicken was tender and delicious however I would have perfered more sauce on it or it swimming in it as it was a bit dry and needed it. All in all out of all the Chinese restaurants I've had this one would make the top 10 but not my top 5.“

“Red Pepper is our favorite Chinese spot in Florence. My family eats there for dinner every Wednesday! The food is great and the servers are very helpful. We've had the odd issue every now and then of getting the wrong food, but the staff is always good about it.“

“Decided to try this buffet. Nice selection. The food was good, and a good temperature. We enjoyed the crispy shrimp, variety of chicken, green beans, etc. There were donuts and ice cream for sweets. Our server was extremely efficient, keeping the tables cleared and on top of the drink refills.Only booths by the buffet. The additional room has tables. The restroom ? is large and will fit a wheelchair. ♿️

Parking: There are 3 or 4 spots designated for the restaurant. There is a good sized lot shared with other businesses. I only saw 1 handicapped spot, and that was by the entrance, which is not handicapped friendly since it's across the lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself can accommodate a wheelchair. I'm not sure how you get a chair in there, maybe on an end of the businesses?? I had to lift my walker over the concrete parking barriers.“

“This is a great place to get authentic Chinese food the staff is actually from China so they cook really good food and it's not overprised.. I have actually been coming here for years it's a good little spot and if you wanna sit and eat it's usually not that crowded they mainly do take out and drive-through.“

“I go here about once a week. There aren't many asian buffets in the nky/cincinnati area. I've been to most of them and this by far is the best one around. If you get there around dinner switch time the food is always hot and fresh. Love the fact that they have frog legs on the dinner buffet as well. There regular take-out menu is even better than the buffet if you want a combo or dinner to go. Definitely recommend.“

The food is always fresh and hot, especially the orange chicken, which is my favorite. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean, and it shows.
