“No complaints other then prices that need to include a fair enough valuable product for versing cost tax and tips this place is great so why don't they be fair value for what they charge you know and offer more come products like Tropicana fruit punch and gluten free things or ways the meat can come with no juice for people that want that room for condiments or other sensitivity reasons and if you got pork why not pulled pork steakhouse style the longhorns way ?“

“I placed a curbside order on Saturday (Dec. 20) and like the handful or previous orders it was a very positive experiences . This review is motivated by two things that stood out most..one very positive, and one minor. The minor issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars..

First, the service as usual was excellent..My order was brought out to my car within seconds of arriving, and the woman who delivered it was friendly, smiling, and professional. Based on her attire and demeanor, I believe she was a manager. Seeing a manager personally bringing out curbside orders during a slower part of the nigh really speaks volumes about leadership and brand representation. Most guests rarely see managers unless there’s an issue, so this level of visibility and willingness to step in builds real customer trust. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant and shows pride in both the team and the guest experience. Most guests are local to this area, so restaurants are not only serving guests but serving the community they are part of...The food itself was great. I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was cooked perfectly—the chicken was tender, the pasta flavorful, and the dinner rolls soft and fresh.

That said, I do want to share one small concer... While the pasta tasted great, it was served in what looked like a large soup-bowl-style to-go container. Visually, it resembled a side dish or small salad rather than a full dinner entrée. I understand portions are based on weight and not container size, and this may be more perception than reality but when paying around $20 for a pasta dish, it's rather disappointing to get something these size of a michelina meals..Having ordered this several times in the past it seems as if the portion was cut in half half.

Overall, this experience doesn’t change my positive view of O’Charley’s. The food quality and service were exactly what I expect, and I’ll continue to order here understanding now to as a result of increase in coss order two meals instead of one.. As well as excellent leadership and service that deserves to be noticed even when most people wouldn’t.“

“Chat GPT had directed us here on Saturday the 4th. The food was great! My son and I each had the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries. We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. Annie M was very attentive, kind and had a very happy face. For everyone, actually. I just wanted to say how pleased and surprised we were with how good everything was. “Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “We ate here for the first time last night , it was packed but we were seated right away and they moved us over to be closer to heat with no issues whatsoever; our server Emily was super sweet and the hostess as well !!! “This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

We were seated - four adults looking to enjoy each other's company. Approximately 15 minutes after we sat down, the hostess sat a large party that included 5 toddlers. The noise level went through the ceiling. the entire restaurant was empty - or nearly so. What inspired the staff to sit this noisy bunch near us? We had just started eating making requesting a move very inconvenient to us.“

“This Highland Heights is pretty clean. The music is pretty good. The staff here is nice. The person running the register brought the food to the table. I had the ‘Bama pulled chicken sandwich, Mac n cheese, and fries. All three are on point, especially the fries. The sweet tea is perfect.“

I was expected to butter my own tost with butter that was sitting in Lil packs on the counter, toast was cold by the time it got to me and so we're my eggs because the waitress wanted to total our bill before bringing my toast, that resulted in the butter not melting,yuck! It seems dry toast should be a special request, not the other way around. I'm sure most people prefer butter on their toast! Just seems like cutting corners or laziness in my opinion. Plus I don't even think they have a restroom for customers to use because my husband had to go behind the counter to waste his hands.“

“Was in the area for lax tournament and stopped at the little Cafe. Such a great vibe! Clean, the bathroom was super clean and spacious. We sat at the bar and had excellent service. We had the grilled chicken sandwich which was phenomenal (he is still talking about it today). I had chili and half club. Very good chili, not spicy. The club was stacked with meat. If we are down that way again would for sure visit again.“

“I’ve been coming to Empress Chili in Alexandria for quite some time, and the food is always excellent. But one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Dee at the drive-thru.

Dee is truly a wonderful person. She always has a smile, a great attitude, and a way of making you feel genuinely welcome. No matter what kind of day I’m having, seeing Dee and talking with her for those few moments at the drive-thru always seems to brighten my day. That kind of friendliness and kindness is something you just don’t find everywhere anymore.

The food at Empress is great, but exceptional employees are what really make a place special—and Dee is absolutely one of those people. She is a tremendous asset to Empress Chili and, quite honestly, one of the main reasons I continue to come back.
