“Hot, fresh, wow! These guys know what they're doing at PS in Cold Spring. Had an awesome lunch there. The pizza sub and chicken teriyaki sub were ooey gooey amazing!! Loved every bite. And the BBQ bacon sandwich should have chicken on it. But it was pretty good. I’d say next time I’m trying that chicken bacon ranch. But only time will tell if God allows there to be a next time. “I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“I think this is the best Subway in NKY, hands down. We have tried to go to the one in Walton for years, but their customer service and food are just terrible. I was yelled at by the male worker over showing up to get our order two minutes early and they only put tiny amounts of food on your sandwich and then smash it down, I believe out of spite. The food also tastes old, stale bread and wilted veggies.
This one is worth the drive and is super friendly, we have been a few times now and are always greeted with smiles, our food is top notch and the sandwiches are piled high! And the ingredients are so fresh. They even have a designated pickup area, and they label the sandwiches if you have multiple in an order. The other stores should take note. This is how it’s done.“

“I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. Sam had them bagged up and ready for my transport. Great service and complete lunch box!“

I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Amazing service It's Family Owned and the owners are great people. Always feel very welcomed. Kenny Anna and Isha are great people they take the time to make your food. They don't rush you the listen and repeat back to you with a smile on the face. I prefer this location Subway over the one that is 5 mins away from my house because of the service we get when we go in there. Even tho I know my order is large they still make it happen. They have one of the cleanest store around always clean. I know I'll return every time to this location.

“I recently used Mcalisters Beechmont for a catering order - 6 seasonal cookie trays to celebrate vet tech week at a few different vet offices around town. I wish I had know about them sooner!!!! They did such an amazing job without much notice - the cookies were delicious and the presentation was top notch! Exceptional value- I will 100% be coming back around Christmas to use them for my catering needs! Thank your team for doing such a great job! The one thing that was a little weird was that I was able to set my catering pick up time to 10-10:30 but their store doesn’t actually open until 10:30 so I had to wait outside to pick them up. I now know for next time but I think it would be helpful to notate that! Everything else was perfect!“

“First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.“

The prices are similar to other Subway's in the area but the buy one get one footlong is still working BOGO50 but I think that is only until the end of the month. Eat fresh! “First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Way too much food (enough for 2 meals!). Really good experience both times. All the meat is fresh sliced. Thanks again, loved the sandwiches. Take out or delivery only when this was written.“

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. “This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“
