“6 years ago Nobles came under new ownership. 6 years later Nobles is thriving because of the hard work, care, love, and dedication Sam is putting into it. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. Our server Laura had us laughing the entire time. Sam is an amazing cook. This is the breakfast plate that I practically licked clean. There was even a handmade milkshake to take with me when we left. I’m looking forward to stopping here again. This has been a favorite stop of mine on the road for years and I’m so glad Sam is making sure that it stays open for truckers to have a place to park, shop, eat, and even shower if needed.“

“Considering the convenience of an on site buffet for the attraction, it’s is a great value. Literally steps away from the Ark! Food isn’t spectacular but very good overall. The Brussels sprouts are definitely the star, just incredible and they ran out a couple times in the short time we were there! Chicken also very good…different breading than I’ve had before but crispy and tasty while chicken still moist. Moat of the other dishes were the usual buffet fare.

Service great…employees all very attentive and outgoing…genuinely friendly but not intrusive. Bathrooms and dining area clean.

Would definitely eat there again if busting the Ark!“
