“Out of towners we came for the two piece fried chicken lunch dark meat and it was very tasty with light breading and two sides and a biscuit that was major crumbly ( my only complaint). Otherwise the service was good, atmosphere good and food good. I would go back! The desserts were pricey at $10, but I could just be out of touch with reality. Would have liked to see what they looked like before buying. Forgot to take photos.“

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.“

“This is a antique shop, not sure about the food. I just want to express my mother passed away 2 years ago. People had stolen valuables from her home that she worked so hard for, cherished. My mother never bothered a soul, very private, great all around American citizen. Due to my poor judgement trying to help friends in need they were stealing my mother's things and taking them to this antique shop to sell them cost irrelevant they should have never been stolen and or sold. I, 1st time walked in this shop with a friend and spotted immediately my late mothers dishes etc. I panicked, want real sure who, how, why they were there. I immediately notified the purchasing rep (owner) Tiffany told her my story. Without question, care, concern she immediately started boxing, bagging ALL of my mother's things. I offered to pay her. She absolutely refused any amount of money. No questions etc she expressed her sympathy, she expressed her unaware. She stated to me description without name as she also stated she would not ever sell to this couple again. That was a very kind gesture as she did not have to take any type of loss. She is a business woman her honesty will forever hold a special place in my heart as she will be rewarded 10 fold for her good deeds. It's hard these days to trust people. Tiffany you rock sister. I will shout it from the roof tops and suggest everyone I know to shop at your cute little antique, botique shop love to all. Xoxo“

“Every time I get food here it's amazing. I've never been disappointed. The lemon pepper on the fries is sooo good. I tried to replicate at home and just couldn't do it. Not even close. I'm kinda stuck on the philly cheese steak sandwich. It's so good and always fresh and hot. They make the food as it's ordered. No cold fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp. Everything's made fresh. The owner is super friendly and kind. I love everything I've tried. Prices are pretty good too.“

“We had a small family reunion lunch for 8. The atmosphere and decor of this restaurant were excellent. The bourbon slush was very good as was the Woodford old fashioned. We started off with fried green tomatoes. Four large slices of tomatoes. Very tasty but could have been a little thicker slices. I ordered the Hot Brown. It was a little different than I expected but it was delicious. I got the combo of country ham and turkey. Beautiful presentation as shown in my picture. Large portion. It could have easily been shared. One of us had pan fried (not deep fried) and it didn’t disappoint. The chicken salad looked great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Because of the ample portions we shared two deserts. The blackberry cobbler with ice cream and peanut butter cheese cake. Not a complaint in the house. The blueberries actually held their shape and disappear in the cobbler. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more.“

“I placed a curbside order on Saturday (Dec. 20) and like the handful or previous orders it was a very positive experiences . This review is motivated by two things that stood out most..one very positive, and one minor. The minor issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars..

First, the service as usual was excellent..My order was brought out to my car within seconds of arriving, and the woman who delivered it was friendly, smiling, and professional. Based on her attire and demeanor, I believe she was a manager. Seeing a manager personally bringing out curbside orders during a slower part of the nigh really speaks volumes about leadership and brand representation. Most guests rarely see managers unless there’s an issue, so this level of visibility and willingness to step in builds real customer trust. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant and shows pride in both the team and the guest experience. Most guests are local to this area, so restaurants are not only serving guests but serving the community they are part of...The food itself was great. I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was cooked perfectly—the chicken was tender, the pasta flavorful, and the dinner rolls soft and fresh.

That said, I do want to share one small concer... While the pasta tasted great, it was served in what looked like a large soup-bowl-style to-go container. Visually, it resembled a side dish or small salad rather than a full dinner entrée. I understand portions are based on weight and not container size, and this may be more perception than reality but when paying around $20 for a pasta dish, it's rather disappointing to get something these size of a michelina meals..Having ordered this several times in the past it seems as if the portion was cut in half half.

Overall, this experience doesn’t change my positive view of O’Charley’s. The food quality and service were exactly what I expect, and I’ll continue to order here understanding now to as a result of increase in coss order two meals instead of one.. As well as excellent leadership and service that deserves to be noticed even when most people wouldn’t.“
