“We love First Watch. We eat at the First Watch in Crestview Hills Town Center. Food was great. We highly recommend it. As always, the staff is friendly and wonderful! Eric is always a wonderful server. Today we both had the barbacoa breakfast tacos and boy were they delicious! Substituted fried potatoes for the black beans...didn't know you could do that until Eric told us. Thanks, Eric.“

This newer Independence location is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I appreciate that they offer plenty of healthier choices alongside the classic breakfast favorites, so there’s something for everyone. The service has always been friendly, and it’s easy to see why First Watch continues to be one of my go-to places. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!“

“Visited today and was unable to get in for a while because they’d lost power. Finally was able to go in, and they were very short staffed as they waited for more employees to arrive. That team ROCKED it! I was amazed at how quickly they had food cranking out of the kitchen. Within 20 minutes plates were coming out of that kitchen. The staff was amazing made the best of it, cheering as more employees arrived. Great atmosphere, great group of people.“

“This was my first time at First Watch. I went there on a weekday at 10am. No wait. I really enjoyed the astomphere and the cleanest of the restaurant. I had the Farmhouse hash and I really enjoyed it. I was pleasantly surprised on the cost of the meal.“

“The food, atmosphere, service, and ambience at Mt Lookout were top notch! The HOE‘s team members, Julie, Mitch, Bri, and Murph, were extremely hospitable and friendly. We were seated and served in less than 30 minutes. I recommend the Fried green tomato BELT sandwich with sweet tots (with the maple aoli), or the Chorizo Burger. The grill chefs cooked them to perfection. Then pair these tasty sandwiches with a Murphy special, a pomegranate - mango martini or a cold beer! It’s a match made in heaven. We‘re definitely going back soon.“

“What is there to say? It's an American icon, the place that never closes unless it's life or death, where barhoppers and 2nd shifters can get a bite in the middle of the night, and it's good! Hash browns, bacon, eggs, cheese, onions, mushrooms. What's not to like! Can't do 5 stars as they are a mainstream place, but you can't go wrong. Prices are great, food is obviously freshly made and the place is so small you can't get bad service. Love this place.“

“Today, 11.02.2021, a friend and l were in search of good breakfast food. Before dropping her off, we stopped at the Waffle House on Delhi Pike. The employees at this establishment were some of the warmest and friendliest group of people l have met since COVID. Fast service, our waiter Dante explained how we were able to mix and match the breakfast we had chosen. With the turn of our head, our meals were before us. The grits were freshly made, the toast was to a perfection with butter melted, everything about the meals were on point. The staff keep the restaurant clean. On their idle time they were cleaning the grill and washing down the floor, no one was standing around on their phones. I give the Waffle House ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

“Visited with my friends about a week ago, and had a signature/traditional dish, the Bola(or Bolo?), which was fantastic -- a creamy, rich meat and pasta dish that was SO very good. (I should have gotten a salad, too, for some greenage and to have some leftovers, but I just ate the entire thing, instead. Eyeroll.) Kindly, we were warned when we arrived that there was only one server, she got to us as soon as she could, our drinks arrived quickly, and the service was just fine. We appreciated the advance notice, though.“
