“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“What an incredible experience. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We started our night with the house old fashioned cocktails. We ordered the bread basket with homemade brioche, foccacia, and jalapeño cheddar bread with flour de sel and sorghum butters. Every bite was worth it. I picked the lamb Campanella. My husband ordered steak and potatoes. Absolutely the best dinner we will have all year. We made reservations here for our anniversary, and we were treated to champagne and caramel popcorn creme brulee. This was the highlight of our trip - I would recommend to anyone to make reservations here!“

Olivia was sweet and helpful and just over all a very good server. she is an asset to the restaurant. we had the chicken sandwich, the fish tacos and the Buffalo mac and cheese. it was served quickly and was very good. we finished it off with a cookie and ice cream. it was all so good. such a good meal, we will absolutely be back. highly recommend this place.“

“This is an edit to my previous review. I ordered mushroom and Swiss burger with two patties and a strawberry sundae. Both were phenomenal. I ate the Sunday first. I ordered it through the app and it was literally brought out as soon as I pulled to the waiting area. Hot, fresh and delicious.

For fast food, this place is pretty much my favorite. Everything I order is always tasty and fresh. Today I ordered the Reuben with a three piece side of butterfly shrimp. It was exactly what I was looking for and tasted wonderful. This Culver's is close to my house and they never do the wrong.“

“This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! We are coming back to Louisville for my bachelorette and we will definitely be visiting this place again! The seafood burger was also delicious!“

I placed my order online late last night when I read about the fresh crab and scheduled to pick it up at 4 today. He cooked it all right there in front of me, everything fresh and tasty. But you need to know that the wings are expertly cooked very well seasoned perfect perfectly made and you get the best deal for buying the 20. Still wings are expensive everywhere, so keep that in mind. Still if I have to pay a ton for wings, they’d better be this good. And they are good.“

“We are longtime customers of this location and often bring our four sons and our daughter-in-law. We know much of the waitstaff and they often drop by our table to say hello when we come in. Teka remembered that our youngest (who has autism) son had just graduated and is about to start his new job. We were there without kids but she had all the employees sign a card for him and give it to us to take home. He was thrilled and it was so kind, but very in character for Teka. She’s always very thoughtful and will take care of you like family. We are so touched at her thinking of Noah this way.“

I think a burger made with fresh meat, not frozen, grilled and served with fresh vegetables is very good for your health.

“Great experience. We were passing through on our way home from a basketball tournament. Our server Forrest was so friendly and helpful. True southern hospitality we had a big group of 12 of us and very drink was kept full every meal came out just the way it was ordered and cool to perfection. Food was all good not a disappointed member of our large group.

“We went today for our 11th anniversary and ut was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, professional, and exceptional. We had Caleb as our server, checked on us and even made sure our food was cooked exactly how we wanted. They were all very informative and answered all of our questions.“

I had told the bartender (Katie) that I would let her know when we were done bc we were sitting outside but I didn’t want our stuff thrown away. We went to play and came back to our table being cleaned off. I let the server know we weren’t finished. She apologized and Katie remade our drinks and had a fresh batch of shrimp tacos made even though he only had one left. Not one employee we encountered had a bad attitude. “I came In Wednesday to order 2 steak meals to go. I didn’t expect the service that I would receive. As a caregiver for my parents these last few months have been hard because my father recently passed away. Waiting on my food I started talking to the worker’s. I don’t get out much but these workers made me happy that I stop here today. I stopped here because my mother loves the steaks here. I live 30 minutes away but it was worth the stop. Thinking about my parents I broke down in tears in cattlemen. The compassion that they showed me was priceless. I’ll never forget this day. Thank you to the worker’s. I had Azalea as my server.
