“First time at this location. Staff was friendly. The restaurant looked clean and attentive too. I get the wicked sub wich is fantastic! They also sell French fries which is a plus for me. The sandwich and fries came out quickly and correct. They sell cookies here with yellow m&ms and they are delicious Will stop by again when I'm in the area“

“Tge best service I have ever had! I a rare neurological disease which makes me legs weak, I fall very easy. My mom ordered our lunch, but I needed sandwiches to go also.
SHAUNA ( best employee ever) came around the counter to my table to take the order. She brought food to me, and took my card to pay. SO HELPFUL, SO KIND! ALL business should have this kind of customer service! Please clone her she is AMAZING! She made my day better and easier with her kindness!

“Chain restaurant, the soda machine is a bit off today and the coke taste was not good. I guess I should have gotten the tea. Was pretty busy for a Tuesday. The employees were nice and very helpful. Very clean location, the tables were a little tightly spaced together for my liking so next time I'll sit in a booth.“

“Walked in at 8:40pm before they close at 9. The crew had already mopped the floor and the place looked great. I apologized for being so close to close and the crew of 2 high schoolers said no problem, we are here no matter what, might as well be making sandwiches! It was so refreshing to see employees who care so much. They had already inventoried the chips but promptly updated their count when I purchased one. Not sure their names but these two desire accolades for great service and attitude! Sandwich was super fresh btw!“

“I didn't understand when I ordered an spicy Italian, the attendant ask what I wanted on the sandwich, their's a picture on the menu. I'll tell u, it's just another way too add on more to their bottom line, u add any thing ,subway will add on more for price of your sandwich ?“

“I am rating this compared to other subways I've visited over the years. We visited this location at 9pm at night and it was empty. I used a coupon to order my food, and there were no issues transacting the coupon. Delicious subway at a great price with terrific service. Just what I expected.

This location also had "ghost pepper" bread which I had never seen before. It was a level up in heat than the "Italian Herbs and Cheese" that's for sure!“

“I just have to say that every time I've popped into this place, it has been near to lunch time (and this place is close to the industrial parks) and still, this location is FAST and I love that. I often eat at Subway, but this one is one of the most efficiently operating Subways across the USA. The staff is always friendly and seem to want to do their jobs without mean-mugging the whole time. That's refreshing! And the ingredients always seem to be kept safe, fresh, and well stocked.“

“At work, we order from Jimmy John’s quite often. It use to be much more when Jackie Evans worked with us. She got us started...lol. Today they came by for customer appreciation & brought small sandwich snacks to us. The shorter guy (sorry, I feel really bad I don’t know his name) is the one that always delivers to us. They are always so nice. I once had them forgot a drink on my order & even though I told them not to worry about it & just put a credit on my account, the dude went back & got the drink. “I love penn station. Last time I went to order avocado on my sandwich they told me they’re not allowed to put avocado on it when it’s toasted. This has never been an issue before, but they offered to give me the avocado on the side & said I could add it myself. I agreed. When I got home I was shocked to find that the “avocado” they put “on the side” was actually a packet more like sauce than actual avocado :/ disappointing but I will be back of course“
