I apologized for being so close to close and the crew of 2 high schoolers said no problem, we are here no matter what, might as well be making sandwiches! Things have changed at Subway we do heat the meats n eggs up in microwave when being put on wraps. The amount of cheese on wraps are not the same anymore. She didn’t charge you for extra cheese. Honestly I think me hearing both sides I think it was a misunderstanding. But again sorry for your experience“
