“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“

meal deal allows customers to order a six-inch sub for $6.99 or a footlong sub for $9…..thought the deal included chips and coke…….. DID NOT RECEIVE the coke and chips…. WHY.

“Izzy's is one of our guilty pleasures! Since we're both retired and we don't eat out as often, we'll stop in to Izzy's occasionally. Hubby loves the beef barley soup and I love many of the sandwiches and potato cakes. “I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Loved my lunch at Penn station. I was given a free cookie! Also I didn’t realize lemonade was extra and they let me fill it anyway which was very generous. The Italian was quite good and comes with mayo unlike many other sandwich places. Cookie was delish and they toast the bread fresh so that is delish as well. I will be coming back.“

“Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.

I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.

The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“My god the service and quality here is AMAZING! I come in here quite often with my partner and toddler son, they not only remember all of our orders, they are also extremely sweet to my son. This is my go to for fast food and everytime I come in I'm so glad I did. I love the staff at this location and have never had a bad experience here.
