“We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.“

“When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.“

“I stopped into Chick-fil-A today for lunch and ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a cup of fruit. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and perfectly made—crispy chicken, soft bun, and plenty of toppings. The fruit cup was a nice lighter side option and everything tasted fresh.

As always, the service was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers on both food and customer experience, and today was no exception.

“I love coming to this location i come here probably for about 10 years plus now, but I ordered to go 3way and chili cheese sandwich the other night and just got to eating it it was still in the container and noticed there was plastic like from the chili bag was in my 3 way and sandwich!“

“Went through the drive thru, ordered and asked for a large water also. They wanted to charge me for a large drink for water. Really! I would understand $1, but $3 is excessive for water. This has been an issue apparently the young lady who was very nice made sure to ask me if I wanted water for $3+. I declined. I didn’t say anything and I don’t like to give a bad review. But that is price gauging at its finest. Do better Gold Star. I work in a restaurant and we give every customer water that comes in. It’s complementary because it’s WATER.“

“Had the sweetest thing happen ... Went to the union Wendy's on 42 on my lunch break , forgot my wallet in Henry's bag at school ( nothing new ) .. Realized it when I went to pay and apologized to lady and told her to cancel order .. She said no hold on one second and the manager came over and said lunch was on him !! So nice of them and wonderful feeling lto know there are still genuine good people around!!!“

“I ordered in April the chocolate dirt pie blizzard it had gummy worms when I said no. I got it again later that month and my chocolate chip cookie dough bites are missing and the gummy worms are still there. it's july 31st and I try to order again same thing, and I got a vanilla Oreo blizzard and they refuse to credit me so I can get my order made properly“

“The staff at this Steak 'n Shake are wonderful! We had a belated Christmas get together (place requested by my granddaughters). We had a large group and large order. It took awhile, but it was noon so you would expect it. They brought out free fries for the girls while we waited. Everyone was so nice and our food was hot and fresh!“

“Inside the restaurant was very clean. The sandwiches were tasty: the veggies were fresh and the meat flavorful, but the fresh baked bread stole the show It had a nice soft interior and slightly firm outside for just the right amount of crunch.“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis.“

“I have no idea why Google is asking me for a review. I asked for instructions, but never went because it was 30 miles away and not worth the time and gas $. I will give this review based on my experiences decades ago though. (I just recently moved back east and saw the fries in the grocery store). In the late 90s and early 2000s, the Rally's and Checkers I went to had the crispiest perfectly flavored fries and the crispiest veggies on a warm bun with a good size burger. I think it was called the "Big Buford". Anyhow, it's been my pleasure to review my previous experiences and maybe one day I will make it to your location. “Ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. DID NOT get a receipt. Burgers were completely wrong and the people working there gave an attitude when trying to make it right. Tried charging more money to get the right sandwiches. Still didn't even get the right sandwiches. Woman was playing as the manager and eventually said the manager wouldn't be in until 4. Could not get a number from the woman for the manager.“

“This store is my favorite Subway in the northern Kentucky their food is always what you would expect from a Subway. It's never been bad at this location. It has always been clean looks good inside of the store. What makes this store stand out is the people that work here. They have customer service down to an art.“

“I normally stop in around the noonish. I do the mobile pick up through the Wendy's app. The food is always hot and fresh. One of the employees behind the counter is always super friendly. She's shorter with dark hair. She's never been in a sour mood.

I wish Wendy's had better coupons. I'd eat there more if I had better coupons. This summer Wendy was killing it with the coupons. Now, it is the same few coupons every time I check the app.“
