“I really enjoy this dfac. Sadly, the main dishes aren't always great. The food is either undercooked or overcooked. But you can't beat the fruits and salad bar. The selection is usually very fresh. Also, the staff is really great. They always seem to have a positive attitude and are very friendly. If the food was cooked well, this would be one of the best dining facilities I've been to.

“Great lunch options! Hot bar had steak, chicken, and fish options. Salad bar is very good with hummus! Blackberries, strawberries, blueberries for fresh fruit. Price is around $7.20 as of Jun 2025 which cannot be beat! Better currently than the Ft Eustis DEFAC for comparison.“

“It's a defac that has great coffee and salad bar. It's better than sprocket and the air conditioner works. Furthermore the meals are good. I don't agree with some of the green yellow and red food cards but that's not important“

“You don’t want to miss Boundary Oaks! A small distillery with excellent “taste”. We had a great time tasting and learning about the history behind the distillery and the products. Also appreciated the patriotic themes. Shout out to Linda and Shannon for such a great tasting experience! So good we just about got one of each. The War Eagle and St Michael were our favorites but don’t miss the lavender and the Cinnful 69! Their vodka was an unexpected delight. Straight up was very smooth. Can’t wait to visit again.“

“I didn’t have to wait long to eat. Both my toddler and my 10 month old loved the food. Fish tacos were very good 🤌 taco salad is delicious. Love the rice that comes with the combo plates.“

“This was our first time at Colton’s Steakhouse, and everything was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, the staff were friendly, and our server was attentive. I had the country fried steak with smashed potatoes and fried okra—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My son had the sirloin with salad and steak fries, and he really enjoyed it. Great food and great service—we’ll definitely be back!

“I went to Penn station in radcliff on 1/04/25. There were two employees working. A woman and man. Both were very kind, but they were having issues with their register. It kept declining people's credit card for some reason. But they did apologize for this happening. I purchased a regular philly steak sandwich and it was really good. No issues. Thanks to you both.“

My wife didn't eat much of her salad because she wasn't that hungry. There was nothing wrong with it, and she didn't say anything to the bartender.

When the bill came, he removed the salad. I asked why, and he said it looked like she didn't like it. She said it was fine, she just wasn't hungry, and he still kept it off the tab.

I gave him a nice tip for providing good service without being asked! So refreshing in today's society!“
