“The owners work really hard and they stay so kind and humble, they used to only work every shift by themselves, they hired help, and let me tell you that this new worker well she might not be new, but she's new to me, and she is just as kind as the owners, I had a pickup order at Walmart and decided to come in and get some dinner, I was having a bad day and a very busy day and she absolutely made it better with her genuine kindness... “Holy moly have I been missing out my entire life! We had been meaning to try Izzy’s for over a year since it is located right beside the Florence Chuck-E-Cheese that our kids enjoy going to quite frequently, but just never had went.

The Rueben is of course absolutely to die for, but the pastrami on pretzel roll is a whole another kind of amazing! We will most definitely be back! And the drive-thru employee that took our order was 110% top-notch as far as friendliness, familiarity with the menu and being able to recommend to customers who had never had an Izzy’s sandwich before! “I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“I ordered through doordash and walked over from my job and got my food relatively quickly. Grant it, you are paying a premium, but it's worth it. I love ordering the Grilled Italian sandwich. The staff there is kind and friendly. The prep area and cook tops are rather clean, and the food was immaculate. 10/10 would dine here again.“

Each ingredient was placed deliberately, not just tossed, on the bread, so that they looked balanced, covering all of the surface area evenly. They really took their time, and it was worth it. And as we each personalized our sandwiches, we never felt rushed or that they were trying to skimp. Ate-in, and it was clean, too, not sticky. Definitely the best Subway experience ever. “The McAlister’s in OHIO! I was starving and intensely craving a hot sandwich, Reubens are one of my favorite type of sandwiches, and McAlister’s is one of my favorite restaurants! As I went to pick up my order, I walked in and was beautifully welcomed and greatly helped! Every item I ordered was prepared with love and kindness! I promise, if I didn’t have to return to work that day, I would have stayed in that restaurant until closing just to hangout!
