Their breakfast is made with the best tasting ingredients and I'm not just saying this because I have a hangover. Even though I was dreaming of sausage gravy and thick juicy bacon I was not expecting much from a pizza joint. Let me tell you! They sure made my taste buds dreams come true! Over the Top!!“

“Delicious! We own a business in Alexandria and had to go to Ft. Thomas to pick up a vehicle. I picked up a carry out order. We each got a different panini. One got a Tower Club, one Caprese with added chicken, one got Spicy Chipotle Chicken, and one a General Thomas. The friendliness and atmosphere of the place was 2nd to none. Enjoyed the visit and loved the food!“

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “We ate here for the first time last night , it was packed but we were seated right away and they moved us over to be closer to heat with no issues whatsoever; our server Emily was super sweet and the hostess as well !!! “We are from out of town and came in late, trying to find some vegan friendly food but also good for my omnivore partner and it did not disappoint. Sunny greeted us and was friendly and personalizable during our entire dinner. We ordered the Mediterranean veggie wrap and salmon “omega 3” sandwich and it was amazing! The side of vegan Mac and cheese was one of the best vegan Mac I had. Prices were quite low for a restaurant these days, ranging around the $10-$15 range for an entree. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

“I like eating there and it's great place. The only problem is is when I try to order my food and I just say I would like to have a chicken bacon ranch just the sandwich. The person on the headset says do you want fries with that I'm like I just said just the sandwich. I don't understand why they don't understand what I'm saying. It always have to ask if I still want fries. If I wanted fries I would say with fries. That's the biggest complaint about that particular gold star and also, if I order bacon like two strips of bacon I should have two full strips of bacon. Not one and a half slices of bacon to another words. I'm getting ripped off on my bacon when I go there. Not cool.“

“We visited Empress Chili in Alexandria for lunch for something different. Typically we eat Skyline Chili a couple times a month. We visited Dixie Chili with our niece not too long ago. We’ve eaten more than our fair share of Cincy chili over the years. The Empress store looked very clean inside and the order process was very simple and not rushed. There were several other tables occupied inside and a constant flow of drive thru customers at about 1pm on a Saturday. My wife had a 5 way and I had a 3 way with a cheese coney no onion. The chili was not as bold as Skyline but tasty. The typical flavors are there but not as strong or forward as the others. My wife said she liked it and felt like it was easier on her stomach. All in all it was a very good experience and we will be back.“

Amber however will be unforgettable for the rest of my life and here's why. there were a couple of elderly couples that were seated after us, and she was very familiar with these people already, whereas we were not familiar with her at all. she handled each table differently, accordingly, no doubt with respect and love. heavy on both. I had to call and record a charge on my card and I was kind of holding my mom up and be able to order food and I felt bad because she was starving. somehow some way, Amber had our food out to us very quickly, cooked perfectly, absolutely everything the way that we ordered it. we didn't have to send anything back, we didn't have to ask for anything else extra to be brought to us, she even walked by after a few minutes and brought us extra napkins. I mean, super top notch service. quick, perfect. and that singing voice on that woman oh my god! I was a little reluctant to eat here today because my last few times eating here weren't necessarily the best experience, but I will be back for sure.“
