“Oh!!!! Such great food. My hubby and I lived in Mexico and needed authentic tacos and salsa. Michael and his wife are amazing chefs!!! We had a trio of tacos plus fish tacos and the best hibiscus margarita EVER. You can find us at Comal every Tuesday. Yes, I eat the Salsa with a spoon. Yummy!!!!!!!“

We started with the tostadas and salsa, which were delicious and had a nice kick. We also enjoyed the Hamachi, the Tijuanero (steak taco), and the large plate chicken enchiladas verde, all of which were made to order and full of flavor. The margaritas were also a highlight, with the ghost and guava margarita being a standout. All of their margaritas are crafted in-house, making them a healthier option. If you're looking for a high-end Mexican meal, Crown Cantina is a great choice.“

“Erick was an amazing server! We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday here and it did not disappoint. Service was on top of drinks, chips, and food. Food was amazing and was able to accommodate some of the picky eaters in our group. Atmosphere is fun and inviting!“

“Love this place. Like another review stated there are some items that are not in the menu and if you ask they will may make for you. When it came time for dessert the server said that they had churros and I’m glad we ordered them because they were delicious. We had fajitas and and a taco salad and both of them were amazin as well.

“Wow, where do I begin? I was there for lunch, and the garage doors were open which created a great atmosphere. The food was flat out amazing and so flavorful. The wings were also on point. I would not typically order wings from a taco joint, but after being advised they're great, we tried them and I can't disagree! Magnificent. And the sauce they serve is far from a conventional wing sauce, but it's delicious! I highly recommend this place in every aspect. Oh, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. Ohh, and DEFINITELY try the spicy margarita. Best marg of that type I've ever had. Smoky. Great stuff all around. ?“

“My experience here today made me so glad of the honest workers at Currito across from Kenwood Towne Centre. I treated my mom to lunch here for the first time. I’ve been going for years. Will made my mom a special chicken and cheese burrito to which she loved. We made all the way back home to Burlington Ky just to find out her purse was left at Currito. I’m my mom caregiver and missed getting that for her. I called the store right away and Will put it in a safe place. I fought Tuesday afternoon traffic and was greeted as soon as I got there with my mom’s purse. So so thankful for Will and his co-workers keeping her purse in a safe place. Thank you so much! You saved me.

“Everyone was very friendly and acknowledged me right away even though they were 30 minutes from closing. My food was phenomenal which I was very happy about since some places don't serve quality food up to time of closing. I paid for extra chicken in my burrito and they really loaded it up. This was a much better value than Chipotle right around the corner. The flavor was amazing, the chicken wasn't over cooked, and the rice wasn't crunchy. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“El Barril is a really awesome Mexican joint we found in Mount Adam's in Cincinnati. It had both indoor and outdoor seating but on this day we decided on the inside. The restaurant looks really super fun with lots of tremendous decor with even the chairs being unique (and comfortable too.) They had a lot of unique takes on Mexican dishes (lots of unique burgers on the menu for one) as well as some classic favourites. We started with an appetizer of Buffalo Chicken Dip which was a straightforward take on it. It had lot's of chicken, a very flavourful but not too spicy Buffalo sauce, and some blue cheese mixed in. It was served with chips. This was as good of take as I've had on a Buffalo Dip that I've had from anyplace. For my main course I tried the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos which was 3 hard tacos served with grilled shrimp topped with spicy Bang Bang sauce as well as cilantro. This was very unique but very delicious all the same. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and that sauce I would describe as zesty with a slight punch but not too much. Really liked them a lot. My wife enjoyed her Margarita as well as her food (I believe it was a pork dish but I forgot to take a picture). This was a super fantastic lunch and I for one can't wait to come back.“

“This place is the real deal for traditional Mexican food. Everything is fresh and made to order. This is a no frills place with dining tables in the front room and kitchen in the back. A small bar and counter suffices for ordering. The menu features their specialties with a good but not extensive selection. After placing your order at the counter you can grab any open table and get a drink if you like. Drinks are self serve from a group of beverage refrigerators lining one wall. They have a good selection of beer and sodas. A bottle opener hangs on a string from the refrigerator handle. Any drinks will be added to your final bill. The food was prepared well and very tasteful. Pricing is reasonable considering the bountiful portions. When we visited they were doing a pretty brisk business. Everyone in our party agreed that it was a good experience and we would go back. Enjoy your visit!“

“This is my 3rd time here. I wasn't able to take a picture the first time I came because it was soooooooo good. I came into and told the hostess to pick for me and I was AMAZED. I'm giving 4 stars because this time that I came, I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered extra but didn't receive it (Yes it may be my fault, but I paid for it). Check ya bag before you taste the food cause it's flavorful, tasty and apparently will have you forgetting things ☺️“

“Decently good food, options mostly restricted to basic American-Mexican. Anything with a tortilla and nothing else.

Mexican style tacos were pretty nice. Chorizo not overly flavorful but still good.

Chicken tortilla soup was hearty but pretty watery and low on flavor.

Service left a bit to be desired. Bland tone and greeting. Not often returning to the table. Not grabbing the check after having it sit at the table for 10 minutes while we talked.

Overall alright experience but doesn't seem to offer anything unique to drive a desire to return.“
