Ice Cream Shops near Frankfort

“After dinner I wanted a sweet treat and I noticed this ice cream shop nearby. I am in town from Las Vegas, Nevada to attend a funeral for my cousin, who was a long time resident of Frankfort, Kentucky. After a long, tiring day of traveling, I appreciated the kind, friendly service and delicious ice cream. I got the salted caramel, which I highly recommend.“

“I travel often, so I have had BR all over. This location is hands down my favorite. It's always clean, the owners are super friendly and know customers by name, and the employees are cheerful and attentive. My daughter has been getting her birthday cakes here for 13 years and each one has been better than the last! I cannot recommend this location enough. Operating hours are 11am-9pm, so pop by if you are in the area. You won't regret it!“

“I go there for my favorite drink which is a treat for me. The route 44 Diet cherry limeade. It's My All time favorite drink. Also I got the 2 for $7 deal. Got a chicken sandwich and Sonic burger. Burger too big and saved for breakfast the next day and was still great. The chicken sandwich was delicious and would order both again but share one lol.“

“I love the food and I love the service, but they never give out any napkins at the drive-thru. It's a 90 degree day and I'm trying to eat a frozen Blizzard and an unnecessarily messy cheeseburger without napkins. Why? Why would you do this to me, DQ? Why would you do this to my poor shirt?“

“If your whole group orders chicken tenders at the same time, apparently, you're more likely to get nice and hot, freshly made ones.

So the fries and tenders were hot and delicious. Par for the course.

Our blizzards definitely dripped when they were flipped, but beyond they, they were also fine.“
