“What an incredible experience. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We started our night with the house old fashioned cocktails. We ordered the bread basket with homemade brioche, foccacia, and jalapeño cheddar bread with flour de sel and sorghum butters. Every bite was worth it. I picked the lamb Campanella. My husband ordered steak and potatoes. Absolutely the best dinner we will have all year. We made reservations here for our anniversary, and we were treated to champagne and caramel popcorn creme brulee. This was the highlight of our trip - I would recommend to anyone to make reservations here!“

“Been here a few times before. Always been excellent. Decided to take a ride three city’s away just to grab a burger from here. Walked in sat at the bar. May have been one or two other people at the bar. Sat for 6 minutes before getting up and leaving. Had someone acknowledged I was there I’d waited 30 more minutes no problem. Oh well big DQ franchise got my money now instead of locally.“

“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“

I didn’t have room to eat the fresh asparagus and I ordered a California cobb salad with jumbo shrimp and fresh lobster claw meat with avocado which I will have for lunch tomorrow. I placed my order online late last night when I read about the fresh crab and scheduled to pick it up at 4 today. He cooked it all right there in front of me, everything fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and we love eating here. My youngest son tells everyone that this is his favorite place to eat & he wants to have his next birthday dinner here! “I only have 2 complaints regarding our visit. 1- We received 1 small pan of cornbread, for 4 people. We asked fir a second pan and was told we would be charged for it. I don't understand because if we were a table for 2, we would have received the same pan of cornbread? It shouldn't cost more $ because of more people, especially when the bill will be higher. 2- I asked for pepper, no salt or pepper on the table, and I never received any pepper? It seemed that the waiter was more interested in pushing uncharges and more drinks, than our needs.“

“Stayed here for a weekend in August. Nice, clean, suburban hotel with restaurants and shopping all around and easy access to I-265 and I-71. Common areas were clean. Nice, big lobby with a lot of seating and space for families or groups. We were in a 1 Bedroom 2 room Suite, 1 King, Sofa bed room, which gave the three of us plenty of space. The bedroom was spacious as well. Internet worked well. Plenty of free parking.“

I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—Gabriel Ordonez Chingo Chin. At just 16 years old, Gabriel demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and efficiency beyond his years. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably.

Gabriel’s attention to detail and customer service skills are truly impressive. He keeps the front of the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and puts in the effort to make every guest’s experience a great one.

I also have to mention that Gabriel has a strong and supportive girlfriend, Jessleen, who keeps him in check—but even with that dynamic, he remains focused and dedicated to his work. His ability to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment is commendable, and LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him on their team.

“I have visited this location quite a few times before someone dear to me had medical issues nearby at the hospital that owns 85% of the land in the area. I first met Brian awhile ago when I was in the neighborhood since I work nearby. Since May 23rd of this year I have been visiting the nearby hospital and sometimes would visit for a quick drink and grub, but recently I visited on my way home after bad news from the nearby medical facility. Brian could tell that I didn’t order my usual and maybe it was quite different, after 1/2hour I ordered another off the ordinary drink and asked for the tab. He could see that I wasn’t in the right place after mentioning bad news I recently received at the hospital not mentioned before. When I got my tab I noticed that only 1 neat bourbon was on the tab and his words were something similar to, I got you Bro that’s on me! Bartenders always and always will be great people and readers of peoples mind! They know right away how your day is goin good or bad, they can see it in your eyes, maybe even with filled from wiped away tears. I will never forget this guy for what he did at the time and what he told me about staying strong because that’s all we can do! Bottom line is that WOB is an amazing place with awesome atmosphere and even more awesome bartenders. I’ve met many others, and y’all are great but tonight Brian sealed the deal that he is my favorite bartender in Louisville and even when this struggle I’m goin through is over I’ll always visit and think back on the kindness and gratitude that he showed me on June 23rd. That day will be not good in my future because of what I learned today, but I will always remember how I was treated by the best bartender in Louisville on the exact same day. “It was okay. I had the ocean blue margarita, very thankful for the amount of patron that was put in it.But the flavor of the margarita itself was terrible. The burgers were good, but we got the pretzel bites as appetizers in the center of them were really cold.
