I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

The staff was so amazing in communicating with me to help me decide on how much food to order/ what to order. They made the process so easy, everything was ready for me right on time, the amazing staff brought it out to me, and every single sandwich was done exactly right. “Loved my lunch at Penn station. I was given a free cookie! Also I didn’t realize lemonade was extra and they let me fill it anyway which was very generous. The Italian was quite good and comes with mayo unlike many other sandwich places. Cookie was delish and they toast the bread fresh so that is delish as well. I will be coming back.“

“Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.

I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.

The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!

And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.“

“I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“
