“Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.

I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.

The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!

I will definitely be back.

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. “I suspect the low reviews are racist, I visited today and the restaurant was very clean and tidy, the counter top was clean, plenty of veggies that all looked great, and everything tasted delicious. staff was polite and kind. kinda expensive but that's corporates fault“

“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“
