“This is an edit to my previous review. I ordered mushroom and Swiss burger with two patties and a strawberry sundae. Both were phenomenal. I ate the Sunday first. I ordered it through the app and it was literally brought out as soon as I pulled to the waiting area. Hot, fresh and delicious.

For fast food, this place is pretty much my favorite. Everything I order is always tasty and fresh. Today I ordered the Reuben with a three piece side of butterfly shrimp. It was exactly what I was looking for and tasted wonderful. This Culver's is close to my house and they never do the wrong.“

“Small eating area but that doesn’t matter to me. The food is delicious! I had the fresh crab cakes, fresh Brussels sprouts…omg amazing. I didn’t have room to eat the fresh asparagus and I ordered a California cobb salad with jumbo shrimp and fresh lobster claw meat with avocado which I will have for lunch tomorrow. I placed my order online late last night when I read about the fresh crab and scheduled to pick it up at 4 today. He cooked it all right there in front of me, everything fresh and tasty. “I had never been to a J. Alexander’s before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The service was attentive without being intrusive, which made a big difference. I was meeting up with my best friend from high school—someone I hadn’t seen in over 30 years—along with his wife, and the three of us ended up enjoying dinner and wine from 7:30 until closing at 10.
At no point did we feel rushed; instead, the staff seemed to give us the space to truly reconnect, which made the evening even more special. It was a heartwarming experience to meet Amy and to see Steve again, and J. Alexander’s turned out to be the perfect setting for it.
And yes—I suck for letting 30+ years go by without seeing Steve. That’s not going to happen again.“

“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“Best place in town to watch any type of games on TV. Anywhere you sit you have a great view of the game. Beer is cold and many varieties on tap and in bottles, I have never been disappointed with my food choice and have tried almost everything on the menu. “This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! We are coming back to Louisville for my bachelorette and we will definitely be visiting this place again! The seafood burger was also delicious!“

The servers make their own salads, which is my go-to, and I have yet to have a bad one. Their limited time menus always have at least two or three great items on them as well.
