“This was our first visit to the cold spring location. Greeting, awesome. Took several minutes for server to greet us. On arrival, she said sorry for delay, my manager was mad at me because previous customers complained that their food was cold, then said, it wasn’t cold because I burnt my hand on a biscuit. (I didn’t think they had biscuits) but, a very weird greeting. Brought our drinks, took our order. 15 minutes later, she comes by, gives us our bill, and says our food will be out shortly. I’ve never received a bill before food arrived, but ok. I glanced at it. It was wrong. We ordered an omelet, a chicken pesto bowl and a coffee. We were charged for 2 omelets, pesto bowl and 2 coffees. I was looking for our server to question and she was at hostess stand blabbing away. Our food finally came. 3 other servers brought it. They were awesome. I mentioned to one that our bill was incorrect and I hadn’t seen our server. She said she’d take care of it. Much later our server came by, I mentioned our bill was incorrect and another lady was taking care of it. She wasn’t concerned. Eventually the other lady brought our bill, profusely apologized (it wasn’t her problem) was very kind.

We love first watch, frequent the Crestview location often. Was so glad to have this one closer. Hopefully service will improve. As I looked around, it seemed all other servers were doing an excellent job.

“We love First Watch. We eat at the First Watch in Crestview Hills Town Center. Food was great. We highly recommend it. As always, the staff is friendly and wonderful! Eric is always a wonderful server. Today we both had the barbacoa breakfast tacos and boy were they delicious! Substituted fried potatoes for the black beans...didn't know you could do that until Eric told us. Thanks, Eric.“

“There was no wait and food was amazing!“

“Visited today and was unable to get in for a while because they’d lost power. Finally was able to go in, and they were very short staffed as they waited for more employees to arrive. That team ROCKED it! I was amazed at how quickly they had food cranking out of the kitchen. Within 20 minutes plates were coming out of that kitchen. The staff was amazing made the best of it, cheering as more employees arrived. Great atmosphere, great group of people.“

“Walked in and the dining room was quite busy - sat myself at the bar to patiently wait for my server. My expectation of slower service today quickly vanished.

The servers worked in symbiotic tandem, with one quickly providing me a piping hot coffee while I waited the brief wait for my server Mariah. She made it the best Bridge House experience I've had thus far! Friendly and polite, coupled with an expeditious nature, she expertly navigated the busy shift as I enjoyed my meal. Even in the midst of a rush, Mariah did an amazing job personalizing the experience for me 🙂

“First time stopping in this place. We wanted to try something new for breakfast and so glad we did. I got the crab cake Benedict and it was perfect. The loaded hashbrowns were cooked just how they should be…crispy!!! Another party member got the bottomless griddle stuffed French toast. They were awesome. They did forget the fruit on top but brought out a bowl right away. Service was on point and we had every need taken care of: our waitress even offered to go drinks, which is always a nice gesture. If you are looking for a breakfast/brunch spot check this place out!“

“The food, atmosphere, service, and ambience at Mt Lookout were top notch! The HOE‘s team members, Julie, Mitch, Bri, and Murph, were extremely hospitable and friendly. We were seated and served in less than 30 minutes. I recommend the Fried green tomato BELT sandwich with sweet tots (with the maple aoli), or the Chorizo Burger. The grill chefs cooked them to perfection. Then pair these tasty sandwiches with a Murphy special, a pomegranate - mango martini or a cold beer! It’s a match made in heaven. We‘re definitely going back soon.“

“Today, 11.02.2021, a friend and l were in search of good breakfast food. Before dropping her off, we stopped at the Waffle House on Delhi Pike. The employees at this establishment were some of the warmest and friendliest group of people l have met since COVID. Fast service, our waiter Dante explained how we were able to mix and match the breakfast we had chosen. With the turn of our head, our meals were before us. The grits were freshly made, the toast was to a perfection with butter melted, everything about the meals were on point. The staff keep the restaurant clean. On their idle time they were cleaning the grill and washing down the floor, no one was standing around on their phones. I give the Waffle House ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“
