“I have type 1 diabetes, and my blood sugar dropped to 53 while I was out and about with my daughter today. I stopped in & ordered a Vietnamese Coffee with extra sugar. I was really having a hard time because my blood sugar was so low, but trying to keep it together. I did let the person know I was having this issue. He made my coffee so quickly, and even brought it outside to me where I was waiting with my daughter. Thank you so much for your help today. I can’t explain how much that means to me. The coffee was amazing as well. I will stop by whenever I’m at the Levee from now on. Thanks again, you are a true life saver.“

I pulled into a parking spot and as soon as I got out the sweetest guy named Jett came right over and asked if I needed help. He gratefully changed my tire (I had a stroke recently so this was just life saving for me) The entire drive thru crew were AMAZING and so helpful thank you all so much! “I am astonished by this establishment. First of all, I can easily say that tropical has the best smoothies in the country. The flavor was blasting in my mouth. Secondly, the service was amazing. “Stopped in this evening 30 minutes before close. Both of the employees were so nice and so wonderful, it was such a nice experience which makes me want to return. They deserve a raise! Chips are kept in a warmer and were fresh, even late, food tasted amazing and I loved all of the unconventional options! I had to take off a star because of the pricing and lack of kids meal options. Kids only have an option of a cheese quesadilla or black bean and rice bowl (no protein), no tacos, and this is really unfortunate. If your child likes anything more than that, you'll be paying $12 for a regular size bowl or burrito that they will eat 1/3 of. I'd love to see different kids options and more reasonable pricing. We love the employees here though, they made our night!“
