“I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period“

“Well after years of eating & bragging about the food at coal grove Giovanni’s, I finally got to take her to eat there this evening Nov. 21st. We ordered , I had Italian sub , it was very good as usual, my Wife ordered the open face pizza bread with pepperoni, mushrooms, & banana peppers, but when order came to table I noticed puzzled look on wife’s face after 1st. Bite , she said only thing on sandwich was pepperoni,???🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️so when I told the person who had taken the order she did offer to fix a new one but we had already had to wait about 30 minutes in first order so she ask for just the banana peppers , and then were only offered $1:50 off on meal ?? But what disappointed me was they all my time going there , never had anything wrong , but just bothered me that it was wife’s meal after it took so long to get her there! We will go back but will be a little bit more conscious on what we order??? Coupon on another sandwich would have been good, not just $1:50 off????“

“Bellacinos has quickly become one of mine and my husband's favorite places for dinner. We've tried the pizza, pasta and grinders... we are stuck on the grinders, so many to try! The employees always greet us and are very friendly even when it's a little hectic they make sure our food is good! we highly recommend them!“

They both had gone above and beyond to make sure they suggested the best deals for the best prices. I can't dote on those two enough. “The place is beautiful. The food is excellent. I shared one of their chef's salad and part of a baked spaghetti. The baked spaghetti was full of cheese with the sauce on top. The waitresses were very nice and efficient. I can't wait to go back. I have heard the pizza is fantastic. The prices are great too.“

This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.

The lady brought out two pizzas and I was thinking I never ordered two. She explained she overcooked one and showed me. Then she opened the other and said look how pretty this one is. I was shocked they stepped up before I knows about it. A

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“Just stopped for lunch, it was our first time. The place was kinda empty. So we were nervous. My husband ordered a fish sandwich and fries, I ordered a double hamburger and fries, and wow! Food came out fast! Hot and fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Bun on my burger was grilled and it held up beautifully to my double patties. (I hate when my bun falls apart when I am eating a sandwich)Lettuce was crisp, tomatoes and onions were fresh. Fries were crispy. My husbands fish sandwich was perfect, the fish was nice and crispy, and generous in size, delicious tatar sauce, same crispy lettuce and hot and crispy fries. The restaurant was spotless, very clean. The staff was attentive. We will definitely be back“

When I come down to visit this area Papa Johns is just a quick 2 minute walk down the street from me, so it's super convenient to eat here all the time! I've been lucky enough to always see the same people working which I think is a great thing, I like that I can get to know the people making my food! “thank you to the manager who stopped the cashier from skipping my father in line to hold her fresh pizzas for the friends that drove up. We have been coming here since before the location moved. In the last 3 months weve been given cold food. uncut pizzas and one was so misshapen on the dough it fell apart causing a burn . we never complained and just hoped with training the quality would return. “They took our order...we waited forever.. I called asking where the order was, only to be told they didnt know, it didn't look like it was placed!!!! I said I can send you screenshots of how long i was on phone while I placed said order..they said they was closed and that a GM would contact me.. keep in mind this was my daughters graduation night and all my kids and her friends that was staying over fell asleep hungry..waiting!!! They never contacted me today, so after work I called... only to be on hold two separate times total of 28 minutes, only to be told very rudely by a so called manager Chris that they didnt take a card payment so it wasnt his problem. I was treated beyond horribly. The so called manager said that if it wasn't paid for with card or paid for it was not their problem... who cares if they took our order..told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes...it is not their problem.. I was talked to like a dog so I responded back the way I was being talked to...he hung up on me. It's just really horrible because our kids did favor Marcos pizza but we will NEVER order again. You would think a family that orders so often they would treat better bc we gave them alot of business but.....absolutely not...they do not care about this business or clientele at all! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!! customer service is definitely not a top priority for them, in fact anything that goes wrong it's not their problem ....the customer is the burden! update : it's 5/28/23 and still nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT COYLD CARE LESS IF YOUNGET YOUR ORDER ...IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SAID ORDER AND MOST OF ALL NEVER REACH OUT AFTER HAVING SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM! We are one of the most laid back families you could meet but, if a so called manager is going to put you in hold for the duration that he did (probably hoping I'd let it go bc he didn't want to deal with ANYTHING) its just ridiculous and I wish you could've heard the hatred and horrible tone he had with me...just for trying to get our family fed and the issue resolved.
