My father had a medical emergency while waiting on dinner and the staff dialed 911 for me within seconds and offered to box up our food because we couldn’t stay to eat it. They also closed the restaurant while the EMT’s were working on Dad. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the employees/ staff. I have eaten there on other occasions too and the food has always been excellent.“

“We’ve been to VBC numerous times for dinner and drinks, but when my youngest son really wanted to go out for a late breakfast, I was lucky to find on a Facebook post someone made that VBC had brunch on Sundays. (They really should add a landing page and brunch menu to their website so more people will know this is an option)

Not wanting to drive to Lexington, we went to VBC and honestly was blown away with the Brunch. We ordered Chicken & Waffles, Biscuits & Gravy, and their hash browns, enjoying every bite. Everyone in Woodford County should give their Sunday Brunch a try because it was truly outstanding.“

Definitely could not got if there was any inclement weather as the inside is not Ada accessible, our son in a wheelchair could not get inside. ADA is not grandfathered in, so this issue should be fixed so this establishment is accessible to all patrons

My wife and I recently began dining at the Frankfort Captain D's Versailles Road location and I can not adequately describe just how fantastic our dining experiences have been here. When we find a restaurant that excels in all areas like Staxx (Frankfort), Raising Canes (Nicholasville) and every Chic-fil-a location, we can't wait to sing its praises and look forward to returning. This Captain D's is just that great. The food is always cooked hot and fresh to order, served at your table on actual plates in a spotless restaurant that plays great music. I really can not say enough good things. We drive past another Captain D's that is ten minutes closer to get to this location and will continue to do so. It really feels live a 5-star experience and should probably win the award for best Captain D's in America!“

This last one, our Holiday Meal last night (for Thanksgiving and Christmas), was also delicious! Her stuffing/dressing is awesome. So, if you are thinking of ordering from them, you won't be disappointed. The BEST thing - the 7 layer salad! I had it for "dessert" last night, even though they have great desserts as well.“
