“Four buddy's and I stopped by for our first visit last night. Gus was on point with his attentive service and knowledgeable beer descriptions. Tried the Crazy Norse(I'm not an IPAer, but it was fantastic) and the "Route 9"(a smooth Lager) Outstanding!! 👍👍 The Cod sandwich was excellent!! Ashley's prompt support with the food and drink delivery helped to make our visit a highly enjoyable experience! We'll be back soon!!“

“We ate here for the first time last night , it was packed but we were seated right away and they moved us over to be closer to heat with no issues whatsoever; our server Emily was super sweet and the hostess as well !!! “This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

“I had dinner here last weekend and honestly, everything was phenomenal. The heirloom tomato salad was refreshing on a summer evening. Their cod was tender, and the accompanying chimichurri sauce was divine that I could've slurped it. If you love bananas, you must order the banana bliss for dessert.

Now on to the not so good, which was unfortunate, as the service overall from everyone was friendly. However, the evening was nearly ruined by the waiter who had an extremely offensive body odor. I understand that while serving, you may work up a sweat. But if you're larger, you have to take extra measures (besides a soapy shower), such as wearing an undershirt, anti-perspirant, and men's body powder.

I won't let that deter me and will definitely visit again because Alara is truly a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and food to match.“

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! I've had 3 different plates from here, and all were 10/10. The staff are very nice. The servers were extremely attentive. The hibiscus drink was amazing, too. I work down the street and I've passed this place everyday for 4 years and never knew it was there until I googled places near me to eat and it popped up and was shocked it was so close. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get. I highly recommend eating here. Try the onion based dish with marinated chicken. The spices are next level.“

Swift, patient, knowledgeable, all stepped in and helped, truly satisfied with the service! The food was exquisite!!! I had the baked chicken and baked potato and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection!!!! I only gave 4 stars because for me I feel the menu is limited with choices I like. The person I was with raved about the trout, couscous, and Brussels sprouts! This was a special night, special event, and j Alexander felt just as special!!!“

“Empress chili is where it all started. You have Empress to thank for Cincinnati chili. Had to go to the last remaining one open. Coneys were my favorite menu item. Glad to see chili pizza on the menu and interesting takes on classics like chili and spaghetti coneys. They also had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and a variety of sandwiches. The building itself was very large inside and very clean. I was surprised how nice it was. Awesome restaurant, definitely check it out and pay your respects to a chili legend.“

“Everything about Main St. Café is superlative. I think they have one of the best burgers in the city. Certainly in the top five of all the burger joints that I have been to, including zips and Dellwood. But on top of that, the last time I was there, I had the homemade
roasted red pepper soup. It was as good as the best soup in any high end restaurant. Service is excellent. As far as atmosphere, it is closer to zips than to Dellwood in terms of atmosphere.“

All hot, fresh, and delicious. $20 for 2 folks, including tip, is hard to find. My only complaint is 4 huge pancakes is way too much for most people, especially when they taste great. We brought 2 of them home. Young man working the grill was terrific. He was working only 3 feet from the counter and talked to the guests while cooking.“

The food display at the Gourmand Group booth was both captivating and attractive. They offered a wide assortment of salads and some were vegan friendly. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. The bonus was a friendly chat with one of the booth keeper. Highly recommend! (PS. Thanks for that delicious black bean salad!)“

Their breakfast is made with the best tasting ingredients and I'm not just saying this because I have a hangover. Even though I was dreaming of sausage gravy and thick juicy bacon I was not expecting much from a pizza joint. Let me tell you! They sure made my taste buds dreams come true! Over the Top!!“

“We had lunch at the cafe prior to one of the Jazz series. The cafe is just delightful inside the museum. Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and friendly while the food was terrific in both taste and presentation. A very enjoyable experience and we will be back“

“We were visiting from Toronto for the MLS game and popped in for a quick beer. The staff was very friendly. Ended up meeting a very friendly manager who took us outside and explained the statues outside the ball park. Was definitely a highlite of the trip.

Beers were good, alot of staff. Very friendly. We only had a beer and left but the food portions we saw were big. Very clean washrooms and cool layout of the entire restaurant/bar.

“Bang for the buck.Food is decent for the prices breakfast or lunch specials $6.75 bacon cheese burger and fries pretty good seasoned fries. The breakfast deal is choice of meat eggs potatoes and instead of bread you can opt for biscuits and gravy

“Just did a to go order, I ordered a Black and Blue burger and small fries. After I get home, low and behold NO BLUE CHEESE on my burger. I expect this from a fast food chain but not this restaurant. Very disappointed. It will be quite a while before I go back. I eat at Wild Mike's once a week. How can you screw something up so easy ?!?!“
