The atmosphere is very friendly and it has a cute ocean/ beach theme. The service was quick and friendly and the wraps are a good size. They’re very reasonably priced. We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Okay take this with a grain of salt. Maybe even the heaviest grain of salt. But I ordered a meatball sub and they had a deal going on or is buy one get one so good deal awesome for them. I also only get two subs from Subway, either the tuna sub or the meatball sub. Which if you've never ordered them they are probably the most questionable Subs you can get from Subway they are either great or disappointing no in-between. Today I ordered a 6-in meatball sub not only did it come perfectly moist perfectly toasted perfectly topped exactly how I ordered it. “First, a great shout out to Jersey Mikes. I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic we were struggling with COVID patients and somebody said “Jersey Mikes dropped off a huge pile of subs in the break room”. Thank you sooooo much!!!! So, we stopped by on a cold Friday afternoon in May to re-pay the favor. I had a ham one at the hospital and it was awesome. I don’t like mayonnaise or dressings, but they have the own special vinegar and (?) and it was great. Had a turkey #7 this time without seasonings because my wife got it and got the full one. Let me tell you — the subs are GOOD! The new Chicago-Style French Dip is seriously impressive. Flavorful, satisfying, and definitely worth ordering. And the Memphis? Very, very good! 👏🏾

The Mac & Cheese could use a little more attention, but the regular salad is actually really good and fresh.

Now let’s talk about the sleeper hit: 🍍🍋 the new Pineapple Upside Down Lemonade. And the pineapple upside down cheesecake Those are keepers. A signature drink in my book. Definitely something I’d come back for.

💰 Value: Absolutely worth the money.

But what really stood out to me was the management. I had a few mix-ups during my visit, but instead of brushing them off, the management stepped up and made sure I was properly taken care of from start to finish. That kind of customer service matters.

So overall, I highly recommend this location. Great food, a standout new drink, and management that actually cares about the customer experience.
