“I don’t know if anyone reads anything from this site but I wanted to post a rave for the Baton Rouge location. My mom was transferred into hospice care on the day I ate at your restaurant. It was a horrible day until the nicest server/waitress I have ever had sat us down. She couldn’t have known what we were going through or how much she brightened our day. She was pregnant, I know that. Otherwise I don’t remember her name. One of those days I guess. She just had this light about her and when she smiled Everything seemed a little better. I think God put her there at that moment. Hopefully she will be there the next time we go. But if not I was posting this to tell her thankyou for being you. And good luck with your pregnancy. “So happy to find this place. We just moved here from Texas and was afraid I could find a good thai restaurant. I tried a few in Baton Rouge and this is the place. The food is flavorful and so good. Some plates are different than some I've tried but they are very good either way. I got hot level on my drunken noodle and it was spiiiicy. Love it though, I recommend mild so you can enjoy your food lol. I was just craving spicy so I took on the challenge and it was what I was expecting. The rice was so flavorful my wife and daughter loved bothering the rice and soup.“

“A good hamburger at Dixie Made Drive-In in Baton Rouge Louisiana. The burger was more than a handful with fresh toppings. Fries were good. I understand they were picked the best burger in Baton Rouge. I am not sure how that is selected as a Whopper from Burger King is an excellent burger. Happy for Dixie Made receiving the designation. I recommend giving Dixie Made a try and share your thoughts.“

“The negative: Parking lot was small; had a difficult time getting my truck out after someone parked near me while I was dining. Was also there 5 to 10 minutes before I had the waitress’s attention. The positive: Food was absolutely outstanding. Roux was perfect. Remoulade was close to world class; I’ve had it in 5 star restaurants in Vegas that wasn’t this good. Kind of food you travel a bit to get to. I’ll put up with the negatives if that’s indicative of the rest of their menu.“

“We had such a great time last night celebrating our son's 25th birthday! Our waiter was perfect and the food was delicious. Our crew got a bit rowdy at times and we apparently stayed an hour after closing. I didn't realize this until I got home and googled their hours because it was so quiet in there besides us. But no one said a word about the noise or the overtime. Thank y'all so much for being so accommodating!! It was a special night for us all.“

Wish there was a pot of hot tea because I enjoy hot tea with my Asian food. The people are nice but very loud and there is no buffer for the noise of them. Compared to their competitors in the surrounding areas, I'm embarrassed to say I didn't give them a try because of the owners before Pho Huynh Danh. “I had a pretty good experience at LeBlanc’s Drive Inn. The food was just okay, some items needed more seasoning. We waited 20 minutes for our food, which seems like a long time since some of the items were not made to order. Service was great. The cashiers were welcoming and sweet. The restaurant was nice and clean; LeBlanc’s is a good family-oriented atmosphere.

I hear the hamburgers are good, I’ll try it in a few weeks and let you guys know.

Fried Chicken: 6/10 seasoned but not made to order. Leg was dry and hard, Breast was cooked perfectly though.

0 bland, I like my cornbread a little sweeter and softer…this was a little too tough

Banana pudding: 5/10 Had plenty of bananas and wafers but the pudding wasn’t sweet at all

Shrimp PoBoy: 7/10 overall the sandwich needed more shrimp… However, the condiments were fresh and french bread was soft and delicious. I wanted more quantity, seasoning, and crunch from the shrimp.

Rib Plate 6/10 Ribs were tender, BBQ sauce was tangy but not sweet. The ribs needed more seasoning. I don’t enjoy onions in my potato salad so it was a No for me, but my partner said it tasted okay. Baked beans were the best item on the plate.“

In the middle of Barton Rouge has huge Mississippi River. So it is famouse with all the fish- based dishes. But, there is another root, "French style". The [King Bar & Bistro] is exactly the place.

Located at the basement floor of the "Indigo Hotel", it gave us very pleasent, cool, fresh air. All the staff were gentile and being friendly. And the Chef... He knew what we precisely starved for, even we didn't know.

Steak, Ratattoi, Pasta, each of plate was epic, gorgeous, even became sexy.

We were kind of bored with all fried fish, shrips, and potato chips. And the steak was like an angel of the pallet.

We were fully loved and enjoyed all flaboured harmony.

It is became 3 months to be renovated, and they served the most beautiful cheescake.
And with the Lemon-cocktail.

The perfect combination.
