They also have chicken cheesesteaks and hot sandwiches. They looked good, just have never tried them. Food tends to be greasy, so I wouldn't venture out on a road trip immediately after. Perfect food for bored office employees.“

“This is my favorite location to go to. The service is always fast and the workers are very kind. I mainly do curbside pick up and you generally do not have to wait at all unless there is a rush (which is normally expected during lunch). The general manager is always providing free items, through the app, which is an amazing incentive. The food is always hot and fresh especially the fries! And do not sleep on their coffee! You would not think a place that specializes in chicken products to have good coffee, boy, I was very, very wrong. The iced coffee is so good that I grab one whenever I am out running errands for a very long time. I prefer their ice coffee over Starbucks.“

If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. “I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.

Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.

Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.

And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.

Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

“Taco bell is one of those love/hate relationships. You love how easy it is to order, love how the food tastes but you'll probably hate yourself for devouring several tacos/burritos. Doesn't matter because you're full.
As for this store in particular: there's one lady here that's really nice, pays attention and helps her team meet their daily quota.
There's not much going on with the tables and chairs but there's enough room for the family/team to dine-in.“
