Mrs. Fontenot, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the booking/delivering process and even made sure I was fed when I just came to drop the check off. Everyone raved about their jambalaya and I was extremely appreciative of how friendly Mrs. Fontenot and her entire staff was. Could not recommend enough!!! (The pastalaya and jambalaya are to die for!)“

Juban’s exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, exquisite presentation, and flavors that left a lasting impression. We ordered for appetizer the Blue Crab Lollipops and Crawfish Wontons, and for main the Lobster 2 Ways and Redfish Adrian. Everything was spot on! It was my wife’s Birthday so they made her feel special with the Praline bread pudding to end the night. The restaurant effortlessly blends sophistication with comfort, making it the perfect spot for an upscale dining experience.“

“My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time tonight and I couldn't recommend this place more! I got the boudin burger and brussel sprouts (absolutely phenomenal). He got the pork chop and parm crusted mashed potatoes. Huge portion of pork chop and it was incredibly juicy and so well seasoned. “I arrived close to opening time and may have been the first customer. The options are diverse and the meat servings are generous. I had the jambalaya dinner with potato salad and white beans. The beans were very hot so let them cool which is slow! The place started filling up about 11:15.“

“Went to Cork's for Mother's Day supper...YUM 😋! It was the best tasting, crispy, freshest fried seafood around! The fries were hot, crisp and awesome, too! “My family and I found this place randomly. We were craving crawfish, and we could smell how delicious it was while driving by. We stopped by chance and tried it out. It was absolutely what we were looking for! The sizes varied but were all filled with so much flavor. Great catches and the sides were also delicious. “Being from Florida this was my first time experiencing the restaurant. It was recommended by friends and I must say it was a great experience. My family and I had a variety of dishes. I had the boudin egg roll which were delicious along with the Shrimp jambalaya.My wife had the chicken club and red beans and rice which are outstanding. My mother had the catfish and shrimp plate which is huge portions. The adult drinks are great with a huge selection. If I get the opportunity to visit I will definitely make a stop back. Love the atmosphere during football season although I’m not a Saints fan lol. But highly recommend giving this place a try.“

There wasn’t a lot of people, but it is new so maybe people don’t know about it. The restaurant is connected to the Origen hotel which is really convenient.“
